location was close to Broadway at the Beach. the beach is about 12 minutes away.

the purpose of our trip was for my husband and father-in-law to take a father/son motorcycle trip. once emailed regarding additional info: no motorcycles (which was right under the beach info) I emailed Evolve for clarification which I did not receive a response back. once we arrived security showed up to the condo and told us to move the motorcycles or they would be towed. I called the property manager, Winifred, who said she was calling the owner to see if her owned one of the garages at the condo and she would call me back, never received a call back. COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. we had to rent a storage unit 10 minutes away which was an extra $100. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY. the front door lock was missing screws so it was very hard to open and lock. the sliding back door to the patio did not lock at all. the air vents were covered in dust and the wall in the dining room/breakfast bar was filthy. Not happy with this stay.

convenient location to shopping and beach

They only provided us with 2 garbage bags.. we’re a family of 7 staying Saturday-Wednesday.. very cheap.. also the pillows were so flat in the king size bed although the bed was very comfortable , and the queen bed wasn’t very comfy, and the pull out couch was the absolute worst. my son complained each night!

We had such a good time. We wanted to stay longer. If was so relaxing and quiet.

Everything was perfect

The counters were sticky, all the chairs were dangerous! My friend literally fell on the ground while he was sitting. There were roaches and ticks. And when I contacted the person about the chairs no one responded !
