توفر غرفة جلوس وركن مطبخ ، تعاون الموظفين وسرعة استجابتهم .

الواي فاي بطيء جداً وتقريبا لايعمل ، الافطار طعمه عادي جداً ، وجود رائحة مزعجة من الحمام ، ارضيه الغرف غير نظيفة تماماً ، ازعاج المصعد + ازعاج البنيان حول الفندق ، السعر المبالغ فيه بالنسبة لجودة المكان وبعده .

The only I would recommend is the bread in the breakfast to be added Just add variety of breads in the breakfast

طلبت في البرنامج غرفتين بسريرين مفردين على ان تكون بجوار بعض لكن للاسف حينما وصلت لم اجد طلبي ولكن لابأس استمتعت

I recently stayed at Y Platinum and had a good experience. There were some highlights, but a few areas left room for improvement. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in an easily accessible area. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive; the staff worked diligently to maintain a spotless environment. One downside was the basement parking. It was extremely narrow and challenging to maneuver in and out of. However, there was an empty plot beside the building where vehicles could be parked, that compensated for this inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There was a severe lack of variety and options. It was very disheartening to see such a severely limited selection, especially when you expect a hearty start to your day. Y Platinum has a lot going for it, particularly its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. However, improvements are needed in terms of parking accessibility and the breakfast offering. Despite these issues, I had a decent stay, but there is definitely room for enhancement to make it a truly outstanding experience.

Breakfast was severly limited. Basement parrking is very narrow.

I did not like any thing in the hotel,the staff was not at all cooperative. Their parking is very bad as there are 95% chance's of hitting the car. There was no view, no cleaning and no cooperation from the staff. Don't be fool by the pictures shown. I do not recommend to stay here at all. The breakfast was not good at all and mostly incomplete as if we asked for bread and they said it as not available till 9 am but the breakfast's time was 7am.

Our stay was 5 days long but they didn't clean the room much only once on the 3rd day they clean the room that too because we asked them more then 3 times to clean. The staff does not care about the costumers at all.

All was fine, the Internet, the AC, and the service is very good. The breakfast was average they can do a better job.

The location is 15 minutes away from Masjid Al Nabawi, but still you can reach with an uber or personal car
