We enjoyed our stay in Palm Cay. Beautiful community with gorgeous beach front. This property has plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Geofferey met us at the property to show us around. The property could use some updating. Many of the rugs are starting to look worn and tired. The dishwasher was coming out of its place and weather stripping hanging off the front door. Wish there had been some outdoor furniture on the master bedroom patio. Otherwise it was a great stay and would recommend.

The property was nice but there was a smell about the place that really bothered my nose. Everytime you enter the home you can smell it or if you go on the third floor you smelled it. Can’t really distinguish what the smell was but I DID NOT LIKE IT. And this was my second time at this location. The first time I don’t recall this smell but this second time it really bothered me. Don’t think I would return.

We stayed at this property with 5 adults and 2 kids. The property itself is nice and clean enough. There was a lot of hair everywhere on the floors and in the drawers. It didn’t appear the floor had been vacuumed or washed very well. The sheets had an odd smell but I was the only one in our family that noticed that. I believe it was just the laundry soap they used. I would recommend using an extra rinse cycle on the dishwasher as we noticed a soapy taste when using the dishes the first time around. The location is a bit far from downtown and the airport. Approx $40-$60 cab ride. We bought groceries at the grocery store about 5 mins down the road which was very handy. The pool was nice and the beach was fantastic. Only had 1 day were the seaweed was a bit of an issue. Tried to use the members pool but was told we had to sign up for our entire stay at $15 per person every day for a week. That seemed a bit ridiculous so we did not use it. We did have lunch at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. The owner Lou is very responsive. We had an issue with the wifi and he had it fixed very quickly. The property manager Geoffrey was also great.

Great places to stay highly recommended if you don't mind being far away from everything

This spot is just wonderful . While the spot was exceptional,Geoffrey our host and property manager was simply amazing . Would recommend this place 10 times over

The house was great and the host was amazing

The home is spacious and one row of houses away from the beach. We stayed in the property for a month so that we can take out time to explore the area. The home has everything you will need for cooking or just enjoying the space, it evens has a barbecue grill in the back. Our only inconvenience was that the internet was not that good and I needed it for work. Lucky the property manager was able to provide an addition mobile wifi device. Would definitely stay here again!
