a great house but the garden is not well maintained, there is a leak under the sink.
the floor of the house was very clean, but the bathrooms had mold between the tiles and there was a lot of dust on the blinds and behind the beds, the kitchen had a lot of grease on the entire countertop. the pool's light was burnt out. pool cleaning was excellent crystal clear water.

There were 5 adult women in town to attend the Miami Open. The location was convenient for us to attend the Open, local restaurants and shopping. Short distance to the beach. The house was very clean, nice bed linens and plenty of nice towels. The kitchen was well supplied. The host was prompt to reply. Would stay there again.

Close to amenities and a short drive to the Broadwalk.The pool was a definite highlight for our grandaughters. Also,the large bedrooms and comfy beds. The water handle on one shower only turned half way, making showering a bit cool. I would also suggest an upgrade to the beach chairs . Otherwise , excellent location and accommodations . Valgal is most attentive to your needs ., sometimes barely warm bathroom water pressure

The house was spacious, clean and centrally located. The pool was a nice feature and having a washer and dryer was a nice option. We were a group of 5 friends and all agree that we would stay at this home again.

Ice maker did not work, one shower had warm water not hot, house smelled of cigarette smoke, had to spend a few hundred dollars on salt, pepper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer soap, patio blocks had mold. First property ever that did not have basics, that would have been furnished - get more at a hotel! Can’t wait to write a formal review. Would not recommend this property- way over priced- pictures do not represent the actual property! Renter Beware - run away !

The house and pool are very clean. The location was closed to the beach. The outside patio needs to be powered wash and needs more lighting. The pool is adjacent to a busy alley. Over all, we enjoyed the location and the neighboor was pleasant.

Pros: - Accommodations on arrival were clean and pool was clean, beds were very comfortable.
Cons: - The patio bricks were filthy, looked like mold. All of us got hundreds of sand flea bites despite bug repellent, very itchy and irritated. There was an infestation of them in the bricks.
- No shampoo or shower soap in any of the bathrooms, just liquid soap at the sink.
- No hot water in kitchen faucet.
- Ice maker in refrigerator not working.
- Fire extinguisher in kitchen was out of date.
- Initial communication when we reached Florida was not answered at all - email or phone call.
- 2 patio loungers were broken.
- Seen 3 cockroaches in kitchen and dead rat by patio fence.

We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) with a dog. We traveled to The Diplomat Convention Center daily, in about 10 minutes. The beach was only about a 6 minute drive. The 5 bedrooms, all equipped with king-sized beds were so comfy. There were 3 full baths. A large kitchen with seating for 8. The pool was the focal point. My grandkids were elated to get to swim so often. The pool is very nice. There is outdoor space to dine which seats 10. We enjoyed the grill where we created masterpiece meals to enjoy as a family. This property was perfect for our family get away. We would definitely visit this place again!

We enjoyed the pool and covered sitting area the most.We did had some issues with one of the toilets but it was dealt with in a timely manner.We will definitely book this rental next time!

We really enjoyed our stay. I have a few suggestions. Pressure wash the brick around the pool. It is really dirty and all that dirt was tracked into the house.

House had lots of room for everyone. Clean inside. Close to grocery stores. Beach was about 1 1/2 miles down the road. Public park at end of road. It was $10 a day for all day parking. Was right at end of Hollywood broadwalk. A few minor issues were taken care of right away.

Nice Property close to Hollywood Beach
The house was as advertised. If there are any complaints it’s that one of the showers had serious rust stains and the pool wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but we made the most of that. The rooms were comfortable. Some people thought the A/C was kinda loud but those are all nitpicky. I would go back!

The only issue that I would have to say is that the pool deck and area surrounding the pool severely needs pressure washing or a deep cleaning due to mold and mildew. The pool could also benefit from being screened in due to the growth of the trees surrounding it and the debris that falls in the water. We were not able to utilize the pool for these reasons which was a big disappointment.
Would we stay at this property again, ABSOLUTELY especially if the pool issues are addressed.

On we were disappointed that the tv in the living room didn’t work and we told the property manager but no one came to fix it. There were drops of blood in one of the bathrooms and since no one came for the tv we figured it would be the same for the blood. Overall it was okay except for those things.

Wonderful vacation in a wonderful location
We loved staying in this house. The pool was large and clean, and the location was excellent. We were close to stores, restuarants, and the beach, and it was extremely convenient. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 8 (one was an infant), and we were very comfortable. We would consider coming back next year.

We had an amazing time here on vacation. The pool was nice. Its area is nice and quiet. The house was beautiful and spacious. The one thing is that need more cable option than 6 channels. But overall it was a very peaceful vacation. Will definitely rent in the future.

Family Christmas get away
My husband and I were looking to get away during Covid with our 3 teen/young adult sons and wanted our own private place with a heated pool. We wanted eat most of our meals in and be close to the beach. This place had great space with an extra room to spare. The bedrooms are all a nice size and the kitchen and living size were perfect. I would say the bathrooms could be updated a bit. The pool was great and clean with a service that came twice a week. However, I would recommend that the pool area be cleaned. I would suggest a good power wash and definitely new patio furniture so you could enjoy the yard more.
As far as the location I would prefer to be a little closer to the beach but you did have the grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks within walking distance. You can walk to the beach its only 1.5 miles but too far to haul stuff for the day. Parking near the beach is not an issue for a small fee. The boardwalk was fun and had a lot to offer. Great to stroll down or exercise on.
Check-in was effortless and when I had any issues they were quick to respond. For the most part this met our needs for a quick relaxing holiday getaway.
