The woman who ran the breakfast was amazing. Very sweet and accommodating. Lovely experience. Very nice pillows.

The front desk staff at checkout was one of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Unreal. No eye contact and sassy as can be. Made us feel like we were terribly stupid for asking questions about their hotel offered services such as the shuttle. If not for asking we would never have gotten the information because they were certainly not offering us anything in the way of proactive communication.

Breakfast was good. Needs more varieties of fresh fruits. I liked the friendliness of the staff best. Location in proximity to FFL Airport and shopping a plus.

Oranges were stale and the housekeeping staff refused to service my room. I was given bedding, towels etc to replace myself.

Very convenient location

The room had a bad body odor, the A/C unit was very dusty, room service was very poor I had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels, the sofa bed had crumbs of food on it when I opened, the carpet was dirty I noticed when I did walk without sandals after I took a shower..

Rooms can be clean better.It was moldy in the room.Even when you entering the room you can feel a strong smell of mold.

The Continental Breakfast left much to be desired. Basically cereal, toast, and waffles.

The staff was arrogant and greedy. We had flown in that morning to stay to get on a cruise ship to follow me day. They wanted to charge a $35 for early check-in. Unheard of and they had available rooms. They said check in time was 1:00 and it would cost $35 before that. By 11:00 a new girl came on and announced that they were willing to send us and others to our rooms with no charge. I hate liars. It's in a ghetto part of town. What can you say? It's an overnight stuff waiting for a cruise ship. Breakfast was absolutely miserable

Our room seemed to be half cleaned maybe got distracted. When we checked in it had a bottle of cleaner on the bathroom counter and didn’t look vacuumed.

The hotel shuttle only runs certain times, so we had to book a car unexpectedly. We were in a handicap room which was extremely dirty. We couldn't put out infant in the tub it was too gross.

The hotel was good for what I wanted I needed it for one night. I actually would stay there for multiple nights if needed. It was confy and clean. I didn't have any issues. I was satisfied

The night desk staff said there was a port shuttle but we’d have to use a Uber!??!! The next morning the clerk told us the shuttle needed to be reserved the day before. We could have done this the day before if we had known! Apparently your hotel is a little tricky with what is offered. We come to Ft Lauderdale yearly and will not use your hotel again.

Hotel is not too big. Pool is relax with only few people. The room is basic but clean. Great shower.

Breakfast is a littel too basic if you spend a couple of days. Waffels and cereals...and sometimes bread. Looks like they don't have recycling system. Everything goes in the garbage!
