Close to the airport and a good restaurant for dinner.

They did not have the type of room I reserved months previous. Our room needed some attention. The toilet did not flush properly. The door to the cabinet that held the mini fridge fell off the hinge.

I loved the hottub. The workout room looked really nice but I didn't use it. The bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains were great. I loved the Starbucks latte in the morning. It was nice to have flatbread in the evening.

The property was fine. The parking was OK.

A little tight and there’s no signs to let you know where to leave your car for parking until you get back.

sofa sleeper was not actually a sofa, it was a single chair that had only a twin bed. that should be disclosed as I would have chosen a different hotel.

We waited forever for a shuttle and had to call 2x. We were picked up in an airport shuttle that was in poor condition. The door did not work properly without a great deal of effort. I thought we were trapped inside. The seat I sat in had something broken and sticking up. The van was in poor condition. When we arrived at hotel the desk clerk told us breakfast was certain hours and alacarte only. I said no the reservation includes breakfast and it is for 3. He said no. I objected. He then said ok free breakfast for one only. The others have to pay. I gave up on that and we went to the room. We were given the wrong room. It only had one queen bed for 2 adults and one teenager. We went back to the front desk and they moved us to a 2nd room. The 2nd room was still wrong again but we had worked and traveled all day and we were done and tired. We gave up on getting what we reserved. We started to get settled to find someone else’s stuff was left in the dresser. It was not items you want to see. A text came across my phone from Bank of America of the charge. We were overcharged by $27.00. The rate on booking. com said all taxes and fees included. This is just in the 1st 2 hours here. Realize we were paying spring break prices for this room.

The location was fine. I was expecting a buffet breakfast, however, and the price for a muffin and tea was high.

there is a restaurant in adjoining property and nowhere is this mentioned. a 5 min safe walk. should be mentioned as a food option
