The condo was very comfortable, clean and homey. We were very pleased with everything. Nice pool close to unit, view of the lake, covered parking and updated interior. Close to major roads and highways yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious with extra fans, blankets, towels, pool towels, soaps and shampoos. A great place!

We stayed there the 1st week of June, not ideal for Tempe AZ because of the heat, but the property was very cool and right next to the swimming pool, so it was just fine! In the evenings and early mornings we were able to sit in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The location was very convenient for us and condo was stocked with everything we needed. The host even allowed us an early check in. Great place! We hope to stay again.

We booked this last minute on a holiday so didn’t have a lot of time to research and didn’t know what to expect. We were so happy with the accommodations. Location was beautiful and this was the best stocked vrbo we have ever had. Beds were very comfortable and home was clean. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We spent a wonderful week at the condo. It is very homey and even nicer than it appears on the listing. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable and the back deck has a beautiful view of the lake. And the refreshing community pool is adjacent to the condo — easy access. We loved it!

Beautiful condo in The Lakes of Tempe. The view was gorgeous. Even though AZ had the coldest winter in 20 years, we made the most of the patio! Sun shines until 11:00 am. The rest of the day is in shade. I downgraded to 4 stars as I was quite surprised we had to purchase our own app to watch local news and sports. The internet is a bit weak causing the picture to ghost. Requires rebooting and tweaking of the TV quite often. For short term rental no problem. We rented for 2 months. The local bar, Pier 54 and local restaurant Lido were great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet condo right on the water. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Cozy living room for enjoying coffee or even better on the patio overlooking the lakes. Walking in the neighborhood was really nice and the pool right next door was great.
Our guest host was great when we reached out and very accommodating.
Parking was plentiful. So many restaurants to choose from in the area.
We would definitely come back.

Very peaceful setting overlooking the oldest man made lake in Tempe. Great outdoor space to enjoy the view. Well planned living area, roomy,clean and functional. Very centrally located to ballparks, Old Scottsdale, ASU, botanical gardens and more. Enjoyed our 2 weeks immensely!
