Breakfast is nice

Everything is good except the customer service. There is an Asian receptionist with curve hair who is really rude. I was waiting there to check in for a very long time, and she just glanced at me from time to time without saying anything when it was my turn, so I had to keep waiting as I thought she might be busy. I waited for 15 more minutes, until the other receptionist reminded her to check me in. Then that Asian receptionist said that her computer was not working. What? If she had issues with her computer, then why not let me know, why kept me waiting so long and said nothing? She was nice to the previous clients who are white, why she was so rude to me when it was my turn? I am not saying she’s a racist, but she definitely treats clients differently. I would never book this hotel.

We liked the location for what we were doing in Edmonton. The building was very quiet at night and the room was nice and dark. The staff were very friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were horrible. We didn't sleep well at all. The breakfast was sub-par, and omelets and eggs were cold. I'm a Celiac, and I found the hotel didn't address this allergy well - they had gluten-free bread but not a dedicated toaster.

Great location if you are driving, nice room, honoured my request for a quiet location, underground parking.

They are not a pet friendly hotel. I may not be able to stay there again if I am travelling with a pet. But that also means there were no poorly behaved pets!

Breakfast was excellent, nice variety of choices. Very accommodating, friendly staff. Location is a little bit out of the way, but easily accessible by the Henday ring road. Not a fancy hotel but very clean, very comfortable and good value. We enjoyed our stay.
