Nous avons aimé l’appartement pour le côté « luxe  et moderne » seulement, et les équipements extérieurs (piscine, table de ping-pong). Notre appartement donnait vue sur la piscine qui était très agréable.

Les équipements dans l’appartement étaient la plupart défectueux. Le robinet de l’évier s’est cassé au bout de 4 jours (je pense qu’il n’a jamais été vraiment réparé), le bouton de la chasse d’eau ne marchait pas (nous avons appelé le technicien de l’hôtel, il l’a remis en 5 sec, et quand il est parti le bouton s’est à nouveau cassé), une de deux télécommandes de la TV ne marchait pas, nous avions une invasion de fourmis dans l’appartement qui était très très désagréable, nous avons attendus 2 jours sans nouvelles serviettes ce qui était agaçant.

This building is newly renovated. The pool is nice as well as the garden. I stayed in a very large three-bedroom as a free upgrade. My booking was for a ground floor, and I received a fourth-floor unit, the view was nice of the surrounding neighborhood and the pool area. Staff was friendly and helped with an airport transfer. I was allowed an extended hour to stay due to the fact the magnetic key was not working and it would take an hour to have the battery replaced.

There was no blanket, I was offered another sheet. The apartment is higher end as far as stone flooring and very nice lighting, but the bathroom was not clean, and I had to retrieve my bath towels from reception. MY MENTION TO STAFF OF THE DIRTY mirrors and sink (with a picture of the missed dirt) was replied with - I looked at it and it was clean-. My booking offered a free bottle of water, not supplied. The nightclub right next to the apartment building partied until 5am. This is a perfect place to stay if you do not mind the music. The bed is very firm as well. The front door lock was not lockable with the deadbolt, only the hotel-style latch so I put a chair in front of it to secure it. I have seen this complaint on prior reviews, mine was apartment 16. The hotel states if you pay with Pesos, they tell you what they will make the conversion. Friday's rate was 17.2 they said they would make it 16.00. I paid with my credit card instead. Maintenance is required in this complex, hence the 7 rating.
