1. There were no dining options available on-site, forcing me to rely on food delivery services like Zomato.
2. The room was excessively small, had a persistent unpleasant odor, and was not properly cleaned.
3. Additional fees were levied beyond the initial booking cost, which was misleading.
4. Maintenance Issues:
- The elevator was out of order.
- The air conditioning in the room did not function properly.
- The laundry facilities were unclean.
Overall Experience: My stay was marred by these multiple issues, making it an unpleasant experience.

The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. the accommodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb.
