The stay was warm, friendly, comfortable and safe. It was convenient and accessible. a simple home living, with a do it yourself approach. Santy, the owner and the sole service provider was amicable and was mostly available to attend to your request.

Ours was a short stay and we had nothing to complain about. One does not notice sign board of Serene Living displayed prominently. We had to call up owner to seek directions the first time.

Stayed at Santy's Serene Living from 6th to 9th and found the room very functional and clean , the location extremely convenient and lots of eateries around. Santy was kind enough to open up and welcome me @5.30am - the common areas are cosy and guests can use the fridge and gas stove for basics like tea & coffee... Would certainly recommend for budget travelers

Overall Stay was Good, Santy is a Great Host, My Daughter loved his dog 'Rex' and had a nice time. Location was very Good and convenient. Santy, if you could fix small niggles and upkeep the Rooms - Serene Living would be the Best Place to stay in Pune.. Just like a second Home. Cheers!!! Would Return Soon.

It’s a safe secure place (home) suitable for stay by solo travellers and ladies. The host Santy is a gentleman and a very caring person who is actively involved in a variety of social programmes in the local community.

It will give u totally a home vibe loved the place .Owner also friendly and if you are a dog lover than you will love rex

So I arrived to this place not sure if I wanted to stay here for a week. I just wanted to check some places near koregaon park area. When I arrived to Serene Living I immediately got welcomed by Santy Mathews and his lovely pet Rex. The Bungalow is located at Kondhwa at the best location possible. Amazing cafes and good restaurants near by. Also Santy helps you with his recommendations and he is a true foodie at heart. Overall I ended up extending my stay for more six days because of the hospitality and excellent customer service provided by Santy. Warm hugs by the cutest puppy in Pune Mr. Rex I would recommend this place for everyone as he is a really good host. The place is super amazing and gives you great vibes.

We stayed her for 2 nights as visited pune for work. The feel of the house is really nice and welcoming. We loved the time spent here. Host is very kind and helpful. It was just like staying at our house. And brownie points to the pet dog Rex for being such a good boy 😁

Little bit more attention needed towards cleaning the rooms, which I understand might get challenging for the host. Apart from this, the place was perfect.

Santy is a very kind person and a lovely host. He helps you whenever he can and is always up to give you information. The place is really nice. You get the keys from the accomodation and you can decide whenever you want to go out, come back, ... It has a nice chill area at the ground floor and the room and facilities are decent. It was a really nice staying!
