We stayed at the cottage for 4 days, which was perfect for a family of 5 . The cottage has all it needs and many toys We recommend !!

Not that central of Torquay

The location was excellent, St Marychurch and Babbacombe were beautiful. The cottage was beautiful and so comfortable, home from home. Excellent bus service to Torquay harbour and town centre. The locals were so friendly and polite.

Good directions on how to get in when we arrived, which was important because we arrived late in the night. Own parking which was a blessing as the street parking seemed pretty full. The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Importantly for us, it has Netflix! (The last apartment didn't and it was horrible for us and the kids). Kitchen was very well organised, and usable. Walking distance to the Model village, Cliff railway, beach and supermarkets. Nice touch of milk and Christmas treats, thank you!

No lights outside for when we arrived, very steep stairs with little lights that didn't work. No curtains in the children's bedroom. Fridge door shelf fell out - appeared broken. Mirrored doors in kids room seem to be off their runners and couldn't be fixed. We just had children leave their clothes out and not use the cupboards, but probably needs fixing. Shower very hard to turn on, but if you can manage it, it's just lovely!! (We had to turn it on and off for the kids, which was awkward for the bath mat that couldn't fit under the door, so the floor got wet). Bed in the master is very uncomfortable, and half the slats popped out when getting out of bed! Bunk bed was rickety, felt like it needed all the screws tightened. It would move around as my son climbed into the top level, genuinely thought it might collapse on the kids below. Only 4 towels (family of 5). Only 4 chairs at the dinner table, we had to rearrange the furniture so husband could perch on the couch (family of 5) 2½ rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights, 4 days, 5 people, that included the spare in the cupboard. Thankfully it was enough, but if it was a family of all girls they would have been in trouble! Sorry for the negatives, generally this was a brilliant place to stay!

The property had everything we needed including lots of toys for our kids to play with, which we weren’t expecting.

Located 10 mins from local shopping area and cafes, 15 mins to overlooking the sea. Buses every 20 mins from shops area to Torquay and Paignton. Comfotable bed and everything we needed was provided.

Good space and facilities for family. Off road parking was a bonus. Quiet

Parking was a tight turn for a bigger car, just took a little more manoeuvring to get in.
