This lovely house is in a great spot close to town but just past the really busy areas and across the street from the water. Beautifully decorated and immaculate, with a very well supplied kitchen and nice outdoor spaces. Thoughtful extras at check in made us feel right at home. The landscaping is beautiful and sitting on the front porch swing is a perfect way to relax.

Steve's house was everything we were looking for as a group of three couples spending a week in Ptown. It is well decorated, fully stocked (from kitchenware to beach chairs and towels), and could not be better located. We loved sitting out on the porch surrounded by the beautiful garden. Our communications with the host and property manager were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this house several times before and this year they have made some wonderful improvements to the property, including updated furniture and beautiful landscaping. The front porch (with new porch swing) is an ideal spot to sit and watch the world go by. Can’t wait to go back!

This house is perfect. The location is fantastic, just steps away from shopping and restaurants on Commercial St. but tucked away in a quiet spot right across the street from the water. The house has two fireplaces and other fabulous amenities, including two porches (including one with a water view) and a very nice kitchen. The property manager is incredibly welcoming and helpful. If you book this house, you will be very happy.

We had a great two weeks at this property. The home is clean, well appointed and in a great location. The manager was outstanding and easy to communicate with. Provincetown does not have many homes of this quality for rent. We look forward to a repeat visit!

This house is truly perfect for a Provincetown stay in every way. Perfect location right on Commercial street for easy access to town, yet just far enough away to be relatively quiet. Beach access right across the street. Perfect front porch for relaxing and people watching. Perfectly appointed with very comforatable furniture, beds, and bedding. And a perfect checkin experience and support with questions. You’ll want to return year after year as we now are.

Our second time to stay and we never want to leave! Steve is a wonderful host. House is perfectly appointed. Great location. Quiet, relaxing and great people watching. Am looking forward to another, much longer, stay in the future!

We enjoyed a lovely trip to Provincetown at this beautifully appointed house not too far from the bustle of Commercial St, but in a quiet neighborhood with lovely easy access. The check-in process was a breeze and the gas fireplaces were a big plus. We would definitely stay again!

This house is even more beautiful than it appears in the listing photos. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house is exquisitely decorated and our hosts provided a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, which was a lovely touch. There was beer, soda and water in the refrigerator when we arrived, which was unexpected but super nice. The house has two gas fireplaces which make the house very cozy and which we really appreciated during the chilly April mornings and evenings. Jennifer was there to welcome us and show us around the property and was available whenever we had questions about local attractions or the house. She went out of her way to make sure that my teenage son could connect his video game console to the television in the downstairs bedroom, which was an ideal space for him to enjoy some private down time during our family vacation. We brought our bikes, which fit very nicely in the fenced-in gated patio just outside the house. The house is a short bike ride to the Province Lands section of the Cape Cod National seashore which has fantastic bike trails. The house is in my favorite part of Provincetown, the West End, which is a peaceful oasis away from the busiest part of town but still easily walkable to shops and restaurants. For people like my husband who want to maintain their workout routine (or find a new one) on vacation, the house is easy walking distance from 2 very nice gyms that offer daily and weekly guest memberships. I really can’t say enough about how great this house was, and how accommodating Jennifer was during our stay. We will definitely be back!

The house is fabulous. Hands down the best we've ever rented in Provincetown and we've been coming for years. Plenty of room for the six of us who stayed here, and you can't beat the location. It's spotless, well-decorated and outfitted with anything you could possibly need.

My partner and I rented this property with a few other friends for PTown Carnival week. The location was perfect, situated right between the main hub and scene of Commercial Street and great restaurants, pool, and beaches on the West End. The front porch was the ideal spot to hang out at all times during the day and made for great socializing with friends and strangers alike. Common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all great fits for the members of our group. The check-in and check-out process were easy and the house manager, Jennifer, was very responsive on texts and calls as needed during the week. There were a few minor issues with repairs that were needed, which were resolved early in the week. And we had a bit of a challenge with sugar ants in the kitchen. But Jennifer and the owners were quick to address the issue and resolved it to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again. The property books up extremely quickly, though, so we'll need to shoot for 2022 instead!

We had a wonderful week at 104 Commercial. The house is as lovely as advertised, the location is amazing and the host was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely would book again.

This is the perfect home for a relaxed stay right in the heart of Provincetown west end,

If you like people watching, this is the place, as it's virtually impossible to reach the West End without passing this house. The photos don't do the property justice, frankly. The owners made some beautiful changes and valuable upgrades during the pandemic, the most appreciated one being central a/c which worked quite well. The home lives larger than the square footage would indicate and the pictures convey. Comfortable bedding, functional kitchen, elegant living space and a nice dining room that will accommodate everyone on those nights you decide to cook or utilize the gas grill. All of that said, what really separates this property from others I've rented, is the property manager, Jennifer. She's not only responsive, but accommodating and proactive. When a storm was coming she was there to check the generator and brought candles and bottled water. She assisted in scheduling a mid-stay cleaning as we were there for two weeks, and personally came to check and make sure everything went well. We truly had a lovely stay and are already talking about our next visit.

We were in Provincetown the third week of February, just two of us. The house is clean and comfortable. The house location is very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for some simple meals that we made. We would gladly stay at this location again.

My spouse and I joined four friends for a long weekend In P-town. Given most bars were closed, we enjoyed most evenings in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips to cook, make drinks, and relax. Would recommended the property very highly.

The house was everything we thought it would be. Super clean and in a great location. Jennifer was amazing with checkin. The first night we were there a storm went through and power went out. Jennifer texted immediately to check in with us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

If you are looking for an ideal location to stay while in PTown, this is the place. It is located in the west end, but still central to all the hotspots. The house has one of the best front porches in PTown. You get a ton of foot traffic that goes by (which is fun), yet the setting of the porch is very private so folks passing by hardly even notice you. The house also has a great upper deck with bay views, and a very private, nicely furnished courtyard in the back. So, thumbs up for outdoor spaces! The interior of the house was recently renovated, and done very well. The furnishing are modern and extremely comfortable (especially the beds). The house was spotless and the property manager (Jennifer) made the check-in a breeze. I believe the home is under new ownership, which may explain why there are not many reviews yet. I would expect to see the “5” star ratings stack up quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful home! Steve and Jim have a beautiful and well equipped home. All of us were impressed with the attention to detail, style and quality of our stay. During this difficult time, it was nice to have a place of refuge and relaxation. This home is just that and more. Hoping to stay here again very soon.
