great location rooms were clean

time slot was short. couldn’t arrive before 4pm and had to leave by 10am next morning

Loved the outdoor area and the location. Loved how many bedrooms and the open layout. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of bathrooms for our big group. The villa had stairs down to the most clear and most blue water I have ever seen. It is close to the casino and the air port. Bianca was amazing and helped us when we had questions. James our driver was the best! He was available to take up anytime to where ever we wanted to go. He is great! The private beach was about 100 yards away and it was within the gates of the neighborhood.

The lights by the pool did not work outside due to some construction. There was one or two air conditioners that did not work but we were able to keep the house cool with the others.

This is a horrible property‼️‼️‼️

A week in advance I booked ocean front villa caprice #7. I Didn’t break any community rules. The company went into my account and took out $500 without my consent. If I had broken any commuting rules I would’ve been asked to leave, in which I was never asked too. The cleaning lady was in on the scam. Why would a cleaning lady know that the company took funds from my account. Both Bianca and Florian acted as if it had nothing to do with them. How would the cleaning lady know? She was there trying to come up with all kinds of reason as to why I shouldn’t make a complaint, I should accept my losses and just leave. Upon leaving she starting to explain that making a complaint wouldn’t make any since because the caprice was about to shut down. We would’ve been the last guest. I believed her until I came home to see an email from Booking.com asking how was my checking out. I tried to leave a review but it kept saying content isn’t available. I wanted to leave a review so I went on ocean front villa caprice #7 where I saw it was booked for the rest of the month. I then proceeded to Trip advisor where I saw horrible stories of the caprice. The Bahamas’s number one industry is tourism, our tourists aid in keeping our economy high. The caprice will run them off and our economy will drop. Can you imagine paying thousands of dollars for a place and you are being treated as if you are begging for a place to sleep? They are out of control. I will try to contact those people on trip advisor to tell them check their cards because the owners of the caprice are scammers. Florian had walked straight inside the villa without knocking the day he said neighbors called the police. No other Airbnb owner will walk right inside without the permission of the person who booked. He just used his key and came on the inside because he said a neighbor made an anonymous complaint. He did this in hopes of finding us doing something wrong and he would have rights to ask us to leave.
