The home is beautiful and the location is great..... but for it's price it needs upgrades on the interior and amenities. Both the main floor master bedroom's linen's had holes in them, sheets and comforters and they only provided two towels in the bathrooms. There is also no coffee machine, just a single cup Keurig. That is not acceptable for the price I paid to stay for the week.

The home and location is perfection but the communication with the property manager made our stay very frustrating. Zero communication about checking in, multiple messages ignored through the VRBO app and we were left to figure everything out on our own. If we go back to Suncadia I would choose a home managed by someone else.

The process of dealing with the property manager was great. He was very responsive to my emails. I was concerned prior to our stay when an online review gave the property one star. The review mentioned the home was in I’ll repair and un stocked with basic supplies. The home is very well-loved. Older furnishings, fixtures with visible wear. The kitchen was my biggest complaint. The utensils, pots and pans were very worn and of poor quality. I expected that since the house sleeps 16, there would be cookware that would accommodate a group of this size. Not the case. The place needs a restock of basic kitchen stuff.

This is the first time we have ever been so let down when staying in Suncadia. First, getting a hold of anyone to help us with questions was impossible. Once we finally did, no one ever had answers or wanted to help us. Once we finally got in the house on day of check in (we requested early check in over a month in advance, which they did not accommodate even though the house was empty prior to us), the house was filthy. We were told the reason we couldn’t get in was because house keeping was there, yet the floors were filthy. There was actual popcorn just thrown around on the carpet. We pulled dishes out of the cabinets that had old crusted food on them. The house wasn’t stocked with anything- cleaning supplies, extra garbage sacks, toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels etc. We had to continuously call and ask for stuff and was always told it was on its way. One night after 5 hours of waiting my husband had to go just get the stuff himself. The house also had not been maintained whatsoever- outlets didn’t work, knobs on oven and showers were broken. For what we paid for this house, it was a joke. I would like to be contacted ASAP so that I can discuss this with someone, as we expect to be partially compensated.
