Easy access, air-conditioning was great.

Outlets didn't work, hand print on the wall, very small towels, no soap, light bulbs burnt-out, no batteries in the remote control.

Location good.

I paid $10 extra for the lake view side and there is NO Lake View unless you walk right up to the trees n bushes at the edge of the parking lot and peek through. Also breakfast was chincy with it being nearly all breads. The only protein was yogurt and I'm lactose intolerant. The front coffee pot was empty so used the back one for my husband. It was not labeled so could have been decaf which I drink but couldn't take a chance n drink it since caffeine makes me ill. I paid for a second day and asked for towels to be replaced. When we came back Saturday evening no clean towels. I won't stay there again.

Tiny room! Had to shimmy around the second bed to reach the bathroom. Heater/AC unit was loud and either on or off. Clocks in room had wrong time. No foot rug by door to wipe wet/dirty feet. (It rained most of he time we were there.)

The lamp shades were mismatched and seen. One had no light bulb. The lights over the vanity were mismatched and one was so bright you couldn't have it on when you were in the bad. The the plumbing was so freaking loud when the person in the Next Room was taking a shower it felt like something was wrong. Breakfast was only till 9:30 on the weekend and we miss it. I thought they advertised a pool but I did not see any. There were shipping containers in the parking lot next to our room with old broken down furniture by it. We paid for a room with the view of the lake. It was a joke the weeds in the grass were so grown up we couldn't even see anything. We could not park in front of our room because we were on the very end and there was only a handicap stall there. The towels smelled like musty wet dog and were Gray. Extremely overpriced! I feel like we were ripped off and think we should get at least half of our money back!
