Some of the stuff were friendly

There was a booking for an event, i couldn't sleep because guests were making a lot of noise at night n my complain was ignored by Themba who was working night shift.

The staff was professional and friendly. I received two calls prior to checking-in to ensure that the date and time were correct. Daily room service was a plus. Location was central and convenient too.

The location of the accommodation can be noisy at times due to its proximity to the high way; however during sleeping hours, it is hardly an issue. There aren't microwaves in the room, which is a bit inconvenient - one would have to go to reception to warm one's food.

The location is good but the noise from the traffic is a bit of a distraction . The facility is fresh and the price is good. The facility is close to the Durban CBD. It was 3Ks from the ICC, this was very convenient.

After several confirmations from Booking.com, when I arrived, I was told that my booking was not confirmed by the facility because they cannot make international calls, therefore they gave my room to someone else. I ended up sleeping in a room with the wrong configuration, however, the manager tried to assist us with this issue.

Very neat clean

It was close to Netcare St Augustine for our doctor's appointment.

Very nice secured & clean place, staff very friendly & well mannered, we liked the bar fridge that was available in room & free coffee & tea milk sugar & bottled water that was provided daily. Also the place is well situated for traveling around Durban

Stayed for 6 nights, everything was good, no regrets or dislikes.

modern decoration seems newly revented shower room is big enough, but it dosn't have shower head that can use for kid.

but it was huge rain that night and the roof was leaking i have to use dusbin to catch the rain leak. sound proof wasn't good, hear the door opening the whole night from other room. the sofa bed wasn't big enough for 2 kids. not really for family visit.

I did the booking for my sister & her husband. They were both happy with everything. Thank you so much.
