From the beginning of the booking process John responded quickly to our questions and made us feel valued as guests. His communications were clear and precise so we always knew what to expect. The property was comfortable and clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything we wanted to do was a short walk away. There was on site parking so we head ready access to our car for when we ventured further away from the town center. We had a lovely experience and will surely return in the future.

Its not easy to find a rental this close to the acrion that is affordable and pet friendly.
John was great with communication, helpfulness, and friendliness.
This place is just a block and a half from Joe's coffee and 2 blocks from commercial street. Excellent location!

John's condo is lovely, modern and clean, with everything you need for a great stay in Provincetown. The location is perfect, right up the street from Joe Coffee and right down the street from Stop 'n Shop. Can't beat it!

We had a great weekend. John’s place was all we expected and then some. His place was spotless, well appointed, and centrally located. This was our first trip during the off season and thoroughly enjoyed it. Being located right on Bradford, there is some traffic noise to contend with. But that did not distract us in any meaningful way.

Wow, if I could rate this place 6 stars I would! This condo exceeded my expectations in every regard. The location is in the center of town and it’s just a quick walk wherever you want to go. The place was very clean and the kitchen and bath are fully stocked. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom has black out shades and drapes so you can easily sleep late. They even have a couple of camp folding chairs and huge towels you can take to the beach. The hosts have truly thought of everything a renter might need. I could go on and on with the superlatives but just know you should snatch this place up if it’s open when you want to visit. This place really is a gem.

Our stay was just amazing in this modern oasis in Provincetown! John’s home was clean and neat and truly was a home away from home. It was just a short walk, one street away, from the main downtown area where there were so many great restaurants and shopping. When I had a question for John, he responded so quickly. We liked our stay so much, we would definitely like to come back again!

John’s condo is located just a few minutes walk to the heart of P-town. It sits at a slightly busy intersection, but it made people-watching on the private deck that much better. No issues with noise, and our whole experience was overall excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Little Place
My husband and I stayed here to ring in his 40th Birthday just a short walk from Commercial Street. The condo was immaculate, John was terrific with his communications, and the proximity to all of the amenities of Commercial Street cannot be overstated.

Nice place, but noisy
The apartment is great and the historical was very helpful and congenial, even offering to let us stay a little longer on day of checkout. However, I have stayed in many places in Provincetown and this was by far the noisiest location . Right on Bradford Street, a busy two way major thoroufare in Provincetown. Plan to keep the windows closed an AC on, and you'll be fine.

Amazing Gem Conveniently Located
My Partner and I booked a last-minute getaway. Found this gem and managed to book 4 nights right before Memorial Day. Property was conveniently close to Commercial and all of P-Town. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and immaculately clean
Unit #4 was beautiful and communication from the property manager was thorough and extremely timely. I also found them flexible and willing to provide additional information when a couple details of my stay changed. The only downside whatsoever was that the bedroom windows are right on Bradford, which can have fairly heavy traffic. They are double paned, but it was a tiny bit loud.

Such a gem
The place was immaculate and very comfortable for two people. The private deck was a plus. We sat out there practically every evening sipping wine and enjoying the sunset. Check-in/Check-out was fast and easy. It is just a block away from the busy Commercial Street at the same time far enough to have your quiet night sleeps.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, and quite up-to-date. Its position, just a block from Commercial Street was ideal. Not a capacious unit, but very pleasant, nonetheless.

Great location right in the center of Provincetown. Far enough off Commercial street to be out of the way and a bit quieter, but close enough that everything is walking distance. House was extremely clean and had all needed amenities. Highly recommended!
