needed! We enjoyed the pool area immensely; where we spent most afternoons. The house was very well stocked for our
Kitchen needs. The beds were comfy and clean!

We have stayed in Hilton Head so many times, but this was our first time staying in Sea Pines. We enjoyed biking this area. We loved our week stay! The house was great for 10 people. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was nice, no crossing streets. We would love to stay at this home again!! Thank you!!

We had a great week at this home. It was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and supplies. Easy walk to the beach. The loft has a lot of light throughout the night, so just something to be aware of for any guests sleeping up there. Otherwise, we highly recommend!! Thanks for a great visit.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is very clean, the location just inside the Sea Pines Ocean Gate is very conveniently located, the beds are comfortable and the house is well equipped. Anything you need is already there. Kitchen was well equipped, pool area had rafts and toys, there is a beach wagon and chairs, and coolers to bring to the beach. Cyndi is a phenomenal host - responds quickly and provides helpful information. We will definitely stay here again!

This 2 star review would have been 4 stars if the problems we had with the hot tub and pool had been resolved by the owner. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I will not rent this unit again.

Excellent stay. The crib was a home run. Minor issues was one door handle to a closet fell off and one bathroom drain was very very slow draining. Minor issues. No big deal. Location and accommodations were outstanding. Will rent this place again.

The property was conveniently located to everything! You could walk to the beach, and shopping and restaurants were only about a mile away. Be sure to take beach towe

We had the best week! All of our kids loved the upstairs loft. Literally the best stocked rental I have EVER stayed in! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Thank you so much.

Very nice homme with everything we needed and more. Great layout, close to the beach. We could not keep the pool area cleaned. Too much vegetation close the pool so it was always dirty. Overall, it was a great property .

This was the perfect house for our vacation! Kitchen was newly renovated and pool area was private and spacious. House is located just steps from the beach path. Highly recommend for families with children.

House is wonderful. Extremely well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great. Quick walk to the beach. Host is very responsive and a pleasure to speak with. Have been coming to sea pines for 10+ years and this is one of our favorite houses ever.

Such a great week! Perfect location with easy access to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked which made meals easy. Backyard pool area was such a nice relaxation spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home. It is so close to the beach (300yrds) with a lovely pathed path and so easy. The hot tub was perfect during the chilly evenings and accommodated all 7 of us so well. The Kitchen was well appointed and a large dinning room table allowed much comfort for meals at home. Cindi, the host, was responsive to all inquiries and questions about our stay.

We had a great time on our vacation in Sea Pines. The hosts were very responsive. House was clean and had everything we needed. Location was amazing. We were close to shopping and restaurants but felt like we were miles away from crowds. It was great to have the pool and also be able to walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sea Pines is a perfect location for a Hilton Head vacation. A big highlight for the whole family was being able to bike around everywhere! We biked to mini golf, dinner, shopping, lunch, beach, etc. Little tip, be back before dark. Most of the trails do not have lighting. The house was lovely. The layout of beds were perfect for 2 families. 2 kings for parents and 5 beds for kids. House was very clean and stylish. Cyndi was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was stocked with kitchen supplies. You do have to buy dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen cleaner, those types of supplies. Shower pressure was great. The walk to the beach was short and quick. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Take your coffee in the morning and check them out. 2 little inconveniences were that the bikes at the house were not useable and we had to rent an additional 4 bikes which was an extra $280 added expense m. Also, the jacuzzi wasn't heated. Would definitely return back.

Great Sea Pines Home

Family Vacation
We had an excellent stay in Hilton Head. The beach was within walking distance, biking trails were close and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Cyndi was fantastic with her communication, and I would recommend this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! It was everything we hoped.

Home was everything as described. Well stocked, very clean. Kids loved the loft bedroom. We really liked having a pool to ourselves and the beach was not crowded at all. Communication was easy and very swift with Cyndi. Would recommend highly.

This house was wonderful! It was a great location with easy access to everywhere. The house had everything you could possibly need and the owners seem great, they responded very quickly to messages and were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and home
Loved being just inside Sea Pines Oceanside Gate. We had a five minute walk to the beach and 10 or so minutes to South Beach or Harbour town. Nice pool and deck chairs. Didn’t have to rent beach chairs or bikes because they had them (although bikes in need of a little service). Had a few pool and beach toys too. Kitchen could use a few more large bowls and serving spoons otherwise great!! Nice washer and dryer.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for 2 couples and a single guest. The house was very well appointed, super clean and there was easy access to the beach. The pool and the patio are so pleasant and the area is super quiet. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions. We will definitely be back!

Spacious home, great pool, easy walk to the beach
Our family loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone - we really liked having so much seating outside so we could eat and hang out together in the beautiful weather. The interior is nicely updated with fluffy towels and nice bedding.
There was nothing we needed for the beach, cooking, etc. that wasn't provided (except beach towels but we knew to bring some). The pool is a great size and lots of fun.
The owners are very easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Family getaway with grandparents
This property was exactly as billed! Kitchen was very well appointed. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The loft area was perfect for our 3 kids. We spent hours in the pool and the access to the beach and bike paths were convenient and easy to traverse. Would love to visit again!

House was clean and well supplied with necessities except not enough wash clothes. Excellent response time from owner when hot tub wasn’t working. Pool was nice and warm when we first arrived and then got cold after pool man came??? And weather got cold so needed warmer pool. Really enjoyed the bike paths and very nice beach.

As all older houses, there are a few small things that were less than perfect, but overall a really good experience for our family with multiple generations and 4 kids.
