We were delighted by our stay. Tarkan and Julia were very helpful and kind and their response was very fast.

A beautiful, spacious apartment - stylish, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The apartment is in a great location, lots going on all around and easy to get to all points of the city. Although we arrived late Tarkan met us with a friendly welcome and introduced the apartment to us - tea, coffee and even a bottle of water provided. Great communication from the hosts - thoughtful and easy to interact with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Charming apartment in an amazing location. Immaculate view from the terrace!

This is a beautiful apartment, it was very spacious for a large family group. It is in a great location being at the foot of one of Istanbul’s most popular tourist attractions - the Galata Tower. It is also an easy place to walk to other historical sights from. We like to walk everywhere to get a feel for the city, this was the perfect place for that. It was a great experience!

We had such a gorgeous time here. The rooftop terrace is the best view in Istanbul by far. The street the apartment on is in all the hustle and bustle of the place which we absolutely LOVED.

We had a wonderful vacation in Istanbul. The apartment owner answered the phone right away, although we were an hour late, he patiently waited for us and greeted us with a big smile. He spoke very good English and our communication was easy. Explain everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They left us 5 liters of water, ice, coffee, tea. The location is great, the view from the terrace is for millions. It's easy to find, and there's paid indoor parking nearby. On the way out, we took a little longer than the time we said we'd leave and the cleaner was waiting outside, patiently and without disturbing us. We didn't even know it was there. I recommend it with both hands and we will definitely visit them at least once a year. The view is breathtaking. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment and close to the metro and a 20 min walk to the historic center.

The accommodation has a beautiful old building charm. It's clean and stylish. The location is ideal for an Istanbul trip. The view from the roof terrace is unique. Julia welcomed us in a friendly manner and two metro tickets were kindly provided for free.

The apartment is lovely. We enjoyed it a lot. Can recommend 100% if you want to experience and explore the lively, vibrant and busy Istanbul.

Unbelievable location in Istanbul, right beside Galata Tower. Spacious, clean and fabulous apartment. Taskin and Julieta were so helpful and gave us great recommendations for the city. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property is exactly as described. Beds and shower were great and we loved the area. It felt bustling because of the crowds visiting tower but was quiet at night. The terrace views were lovely. We found it to be convenient to public transportation to all the sites. That being said the apartment is located on a hill and access to the terrace requires several flights of stairs so it is best if you are relatively fit/mobile. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They own multiple apartments so they have good systems in place to help with airport transfers etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great and we’d definitely stay here again.

This place is right at the base of Galata Tower and there are lots of restaurants close by. The hosts gave several excellent recommendations so we didn't get caught in tourist traps. Very clean! Excellent place!

Lovely apartment in a great location right next to Galata Tower. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and stores in the area. There are a lot of hills in the area. Management was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. They also provided a number of great suggestions to help with our stay in Istanbul. I would highly recommend this place.

Very responsive hosts. Lots of local recommendations. Booked transport to and from airport very easily through a link on the info they provided. Greeted by local host on arrival and departure. Checked in with us to ensure we were well settled in. Really happy with cleanliness and location. Fabulous food terrace at top of apartment block with panoramic views over Istanbul. Super comfy beds. Water temp in shower just about manageable but would have preferred a bit hotter. Would highly recommend & would stay again

Amazing location for enjoying the sights, flavours and experiences of Istanbul. Six adults enjoyed the quality of this flat, bed linen, comfy pillows, great attention to detail in this stylish, historic building. Would definitely return. Wonderul stay in Galata. Great apartment in a very central and cool neighborhood. Views from the roof terrace are incredible. The apartment is great but the best thing is the level of service from Julia and Tarkan's team. Taskin and Sule were very friendly and responded immediatly to any query. They also helped organize a tour of the Old Town with an outstanding guide. We also arranged airport transfers with them and the service was first class. I highly recommend a stay at their properties.

Everything was perfect !!! The apartment is really nice, clean, super well' located and the rooftop is really a plus with an amazing view ! No need to go to the galata tower we have a better view ;) Thanks again for everything !

One of the best place to stay in Istanbul! Beautiful view of Galata tower, Galata Bridge, and Borsphorus strait from the roof top. The beddings and the beds are top notch! Hotel quality. Highly recomed if you visit Istanbul!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this great apartment. Our family of five found it spacious and comfortable and enjoyed regular trips upto the roof terrace to take in the fantastic views across the golden horn and the bosphorous. The Galata neighbourhood was a lovely, lively place to be with so many eating, drinking and shopping options and provided a great launchpad to exploring the city.

We stayed for 9 days and actually rented two apartments because of our group size. The first apartment was on the first floor with the hammam bath. My wife often abandoned me at night to sleep on the warm hammam marble table instead. We truly enjoyed the apartments, the location that was just right behind the Galata tower, the building entrance was very nice, private and safe. Plenty of windows with nice view of the street and the tower. Our young kids felt like living in a second home for 9 days. And our host was just amazing - very easy to reach, super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, always available to answer questions. We will definitely return!

Wir sind schon häufiger in Istanbul gewesen. Doch mit dieser Wohnung haben wir einen Volltreffer gelandet. Viel Platz für 6 Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel saniert jedoch ist der historische Charme erhalten. Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse!! Der Ausblick über Istanbul ist atemberaubend. Lage der Wohnung und Verkehrsanbindung einfach klasse. Die Kontakte mit der Agentur waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Man hat uns gut beraten und geholfen. Die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für einen Istanbultrip ist super und ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr überlegen müssen wo wir übernachten- immer wieder hier !!! Von uns 5 Sterne!!!

We had a lovely stay in this elegant but cosy apartment with the roof terraces with the most stunning view over Istanbul! The location is very central. It was super clean. The service and booking & paying procedure & communication worked out well and we were welcomed warmly. I can only recommend this beautiful place! Leona

We travelled as a group of friends for the second time to Istanbul and decided to go back to the area around Galata but chose a different apartment and were very glad we did. The apartment is a walk around Galata Tower in a pedestrianised street so might not be great if you have heavy luggage but if not it's definitely worth it. It's a much more residential than touristy area so you feel like a local when coming in and out. The apartment itself is beautifully and stylishly decorated with a lot of space for 4 people. Hafiz the manager welcomed us when we got there and even ran out to get us bottled water before he left as we got in quite late. He sorted everything quickly and helpfully. The walk to the roof terrace is well worth is as you get one of the best views of the city I could possibly imagine. We will go back to Istanbul next year and will definitely stay in one of the Istanbul Place apartments again.
