We loved our stay in this cabin. It was quite and peaceful and the view was AMAZING. We saw wildlife daily. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Property management company responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfy. We are so happy we chose this cabin and will definitely stay here again.

Great location a few minutes out of town, open space and wonderful views. We found every amenity we needed, indoors and out, at this completely appointed home. Plus we enjoyed very good German food at pet-friendly patio, Hofbrauhaus, in Helen, GA.

We love this cabin. A beautiful space that is clean and peaceful. The kitchen is well-stocked which works very well for us because we don’t usually eat out too much. The cabin has everything you need for cooking simple meals.

We enjoyed our stay with our family for a long weekend. The cabin was beautiful and wonderful porch with a nice view. The beds definitely need updating or toppers on them. The comforters need replacing and more blankets or throws would be nice in the home. The bathrooms had all the essentials.

Perfectly cozy cabin, with everything you might need. Equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating. 10 minute drive to Helen! Would definitely stay again.

House and location is beautiful. Easy to get to and from Helen, Anna Ruby, and Unicoi. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for visiting the Unicoi/Helen area. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The highlight of staying here was enjoying the wildlife who came to visit each day on the lawn: a doe and her two babies, many birds, squirrels, rabbits, etc. We enjoyed hiking in the area and restaurants in Helen. We hope to come again!

Excellent conditions. The grill gas tank had a gas spilled. I was able to used once. Probably the valve have to replaced.

Although it was just the two of us, a family would have enjoyed themselves in the cabin also. Loved the quiet neighborhood!

We loved our stay very much. The only cons I would point out is that the floors were dirty and the bathrooms were dirty. I travel with Clorox wipes, so was able to clean the bathrooms. The rest of the cabin was lovely and we enjoyed the beautiful view. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking simple meals.

A few things needed but the rental company is very attentive to make sure your stay is great. The upstairs beds are extremely uncomfortable…. Basically no bedding just springs. The yard and porch are wonderful! Would stay again if mattresses upstairs are replaced.

Enjoyed the house. Only a few issues. There were stains on the floor and the fire pit had some broken blocks. Also there was a very slight leak under the kitchen sink. All these issues we called into Vacasa. Overall it was a nice home for a little getaway

Loved this place, very clean, secluded, oh we left wood for the next guest. We got it for $10 a big bundle. Great location 15min from Helen. Near Anna Ruby Falls. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and view; perfect distance from Helen. The children (4 to 9 years old) loved the playset, and we loved taking walks around the cabin.

We enjoyed the cabin, not to far from Helen and it was really clean and comfortable. We didn’t have small children but it’s a nice place for kids. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the cabin to be acceptable. There are a few things that could make it even better. The most glaring negative is the mattresses. They are quite old and are encased in a plastic bag. One of them was particularly uncomfortable so I took the bag off and found the mattress was delivered in 1984! I did not look at the others but some of them also need to be updated. The cabin was slightly dirty, mainly spider webs in the closets/corners. This was a minimal issue but could be a bit cleaner. The only other issue, which I guess is not actually an issue, is that the kitchen had the bare minimum. There were pots/pans/plates/ silverware/etc. but no perishables whatsoever. Just a heads up, if you plan to cook, you will need to bring pretty much everything. It seems like most rentals have a few bottles of spices/seasoning, cooking oil, Pam, sugar, etc. Neighborhood/view was great. Just a short 7-8 minute drive to Helen. Loved the privacy and large yard for the kids to play in.

This is a very nice cabin. It was clean and well kept. We were very impressed with the grounds. It sets on 2 acres, a beautiful yard. We enjoyed seeing wildlife. The trip from the cabin to town was only 15 minutes and an easy drive,. Great cabin in a great location. What more could you ask for.

Other than dirty sheets and dirty floor when we arrived, it was great once we cleaned Everything.

Perfect for our family spring break vacation! The cabin had everything we needed and then some. The views are awesome. Convenient location to enjoy Helen and all that the area has to offer. We’re already planning when we can go back.

Had wonderful stay

What a beautiful, magical cabin, the panoramic views of the mountains are breathtaking. Look outside the giant puzzle of windows sprawling from the ceiling to the floor from the comfort of the oversized plush recliners, cozied up with a warm mug of coffee, rest in awe at the overwhelming expansive open sky with picture perfect views of the mountains in the distance and the rolling, thick, Lucious greenery, bursting with local wildlife. This is truly a place of idyllic beauty during the day and lives up to its name "Moonlight Summit" with the most magnificent night sky you've ever seen. Our 4 children played freely on all of the sturdy playground equipment, breathing in the crisp mountain air and when they were not playing, they were exploring in the woods. There was a nice wooden swing bench that my husband and I relaxed on while the kids were outside, its positioned perfectly with a view of the entire yard. THIS is the cabin for large families, look no further. seriously. trust me. It's so well kept and clean, the owners have really gone the extra mile on making sure there would be plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained and engaged in family time. We have teens all the way down to infants under one and found this cabin to be very accommodating, it was perfect. We only left once to eat out and visit the quaint little town that was just minutes away, the kitchen was very well equipped. This cabin is also close to ruby falls and other nature exploring locations. We will definitely return. We also felt very safe as it is tucked away in a nice neighborhood but it's also very secluded feeling and we never saw or heard another person during our weeklong stay. The drive to the cabin is also easy and the driveway is easily accessible. There is a very cute decently priced grocery store nearby as well. We can't say enough good things about this Cabin. It's the entire package when you are looking for a memorable family getaway in Georgia.

Great relaxing week,beautiful mountain view .

This is one of the best homes we have ever stayed!! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The location, size and full of extras that made our stay perfect!! The washer and dryer were great to have along with the fireplace. The only things that would have made it better were if we had our children and grandchildren with us!! If and when we ever come back to this area we will definitely stay here and bring the whole family with us!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

Moonlight Summit was the perfect getaway for our family of 8. Spacious and beautiful, tucked away on a hill just a few miles from Helen, GA. it was the perfect location for hiking and exploring nearby towns, and even for our desire to do a couple day trips, one to Atlanta and one into North Carolina. It is clean and cozy, we did s’mores outside at the fire pit, and played Yahtzee in front of the fire inside. The hosts are gracious and communicative, and there was nothing more we could’ve asked for!
