Myself, my three sons ages 15,17, and 18, and my son's girlfriend stayed here for several nights before Christmas. The house was much bigger than pictured. We found the property t be beautiful. It was super comfortable for all of us and and we had enough sleeping space for everyone. The murphy bed really can be it's own room in the front of the house and the bunk room was great as well for the boys. We had plenty of space. The golf cart was great for going to the beach and shops. Additionally, the boys loved using the kayaks. We did not have great weather, but we had a great time. The house has everything needed including bug spray for sitting on the deck (which is beautiful).

Lovely place to stay with lots to do. Loved the indoor options as well since we experienced cold temps and rain.

The property is fantastic BUT there are things you should know about it. It is a duplex with a wall between you and the other half of the duplex. I feel like that should be disclosed in the description. There is a picture in their listing that has captions telling you about a private beach entrance, a heated pool, and a club house. None of those things are included with your stay, but you can drive the golf cart down to that entrance into the beach. If you take a car, it will be towed. The owners of this listing do not pay for access to this club house facility at all, so they really shouldn’t even be using the beach entrance there. It is private property. The pictures of the property are on point and the canal was great for the kayaks. It is equipped with all the beach items you might need and the space is really a good st up. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an amazing Thanksgiving there. My communication with the owners did not go well when I inquired about the pool AFTER I had paid and about 2 weeks before our trip. She rudely responded for me to just go ahead and cancel since we had a problem. She also said she would take that picture down from her listing, but it is presently still there. Our later communication was much better, and she allowed me access a little early to get prepared for family to come in which was nice.

I don’t usually do reviews but this property is worthy of praise. My family and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The home was adorable and CLEAN (and I am a a clean freak). It had everything we could have asked for. The proximity to local beaches and restaurants was amazing. Be sure to have dinner on the patio at Shuckers and walk for ice cream at Strawberry’s. The use of the golf cart made the stay even more enjoyable. Access to the private beach made our beach days less crowded. My husband and son fished from the dock daily and the rest of us enjoyed hanging out on the deck. There was plenty of space for everyone. And the best part was we got to bring our fur baby with us. Thank you to the owners for understanding families with pets. We will definitely be back. The only suggestion I would make is that there weren’t enough beach towels and the ice maker didn’t seem to work very well. Also, leaving any tips for the no-see-umms would be helpful. We don’t deal with those in the Midwest and our bug spray didn’t seem to work. But those are all minor and wouldn’t change our minds on coming again. Thank you so much for an enjoyable week!

Great spot with lots of amenities. It was just right for our needs. Plenty of space, convenient to dining and the beach. We’ll use it again!

Had everything we needed or could possibly need. Friendly neighbors and convenient to restaurants, groceries etc. was nice to go to beach with golf cart.

We stayed here as snowbirds for February and March of 2022 and enjoyed it soooo much! It's a roomy, beautiful home with a fabulous canal-side deck, well appointed with two separate bedroom suites. As noted in other reviews, it is a 2BR home, not a 4BR. A murphy bed and a sofa sleeper are being described as bedrooms but they are in the living spaces. We loved Hutchinson Island and found our stay totally relaxing. We would love to come back and maybe even make this our permanent winter home.

We really loved our month at your place. Many walks to the beach, and nice having the dock on the canal. Need to change the description from 4 bedrooms to 2, but there is plenty of room for two families to enjoy. Highly recommend!

We needed a place for a relaxing getaway and this was a great place to do just that.

We were ate alive by noseeums. Piles of garbage was left by front door which the critters got into and scattered it everywhere! Not a three bathroom but a two bathroom home. Very very disappointed!

Everything about the stay was amazing. The backyard deck was our favorite place to gather to talk and enjoy the water. Loved it and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean! Nicely furnished with everything you need. The deck was really nice and parking was ample. The private beach entrance was nice and the pool was quiet. There are also public beaches close by. We were able to use a golf cart to get to the beach and pool which was very helpful. It would have been a long walk without it; particularly with small children. We had an issue during our stay that could happen with any property. The owners were easy to communicate with and resolved the problem as quickly as possible. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

This property was beautiful. Very clean. Bren the property manager was so responsive to any question, even prior to check in. She had great recommendations for places to visit in the area and restaurants. We loved sitting on the back deck for morning coffee. The house itself was beautiful and so clean. The space was great for five of us to spread out and do our own thing. Jensen Beach park is less than a quarter mile down the road we visited it and loved the east access to bathrooms and the food stand. Again, Bren was fantastic. We have plans to visit again next year.

This was a beautiful house within walking distance of everything we needed. Beach for the wife, pool for the kids, and water access for my boat. Was PERFECT!

The Beach House was definitely a great place to just hang and be yourself our host was very nice and answered all our questions we highly recommend the beach house and my nephew caught 8 fish over the weekend off the dock really enjoyed our stay and loved the decor and comfy beds really a home away from home and the private beach access was a short walk loved our stay thank you

The property was very clean! Communication was very good with the owner. There are some things I would do differently if I owned a VRBO, because my husband and I have experienced many different VRBO's and how they are presented and how inviting they are to whomever rents the place The walk to the pool or beach was OK for us; however, with an elderly person with less agility or children, I think it's a bit far. That is an important thing to know prior to paying for a rental. We also could not sit outside on the beautiful deck because the insects were biting even though we thoroughly and constantly were spraying things down as well as ourselves. Good to know before paying for a rental. We got quite bit up by insects. Some people might not though, it just so happens insects found me!! The house itself was immaculate and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. My husband was thrilled with the fact he could fish right off the deck. It was a sport fisherman's dream. There are some good restaurants around as well as farmer's markets and beach horseback riding. You do have to drive to get to many of these enjoyable activities. We did.. We enjoyed many of them. It was a 4* place. Not quite 5* or I would have given it 5*'s. Thank you for the experience!

Family of 4 with children ages 16 & 10 stayed for 2 weeks at Easter. We chose this location to see family members that live in Palm City. The 10 year old liked the bunk style sleeping areas and the arcade games. The 16 year old enjoyed taking the inflatable kayak on the canal and the big TVs (with access to Netflix and your other accounts). WiFi signal was strong and reliable. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked with bath and beach towels, cleaning supplies, pots and pans and pantry staples. The host was very responsive to my requests for a child size life jacket and extra night lights. Pictures of the rental are accurate. My main disappointment (and this is not a criticism of the home, but a caution to others) were that the biting gnats (no-see-ums - you don't see them or feel them until you've been eaten alive). These gnats made it impossible to enjoy the deck on the canal near dusk or after dark. We learned a hard lesson and my husband and I were both miserable for 4-5 days afterwards. Caution: Do not go out on the deck without bug spray on all exposed skin and spray the area with the provided pesticide daily. Also, the beach access and the pool is close but is not walkable from the home. In fact, the whole area isn't an ideal place to walk or take bike rides. It is necessary to cross a very busy road to get to the clubhouse or to the beach. The beach was nice and not crowded. All in all, we had a fun stay at the home, and I would recommend it to others looking for a rental in this area.

This is a great place. We had 4 kids who were able to do school on-line with strong wifi and then they took breaks to fish in the canal. Beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping. The kitchen is fully stocked. FYI, there are only 2 bedrooms - the master and the other bedroom sleeps 4 (2 in a loft and a queen bed below the loft.)
