The apartment is VERY centrally located, so if you like to be in the middle of everything, this is where to go. The downside is that it is on a very busy street so if you have Uber or someone picking you up, it's difficult to maneuver. The most disappointing thing about this apartment were the bathrooms - to say the least, they were gross. Mold in the showers (it hasn't been re-grouted in quite some time), and just felt gross showering in there at all (this applies to both bathrooms). Also, just a note that apartment wasn't completely done being cleaned when we came in (sheets were still off in one of the bedrooms, like the cleaning person forgot about it as only half the bed was made). It didn't matter to us because we weren't using all the bedrooms - only one. Kitchen was fine - nothing special, but if you want to run the dryer, it vents into the living room, so the windows will fog up if it's cold outside and it's extremely LOUD, so you can't sleep with it going. One thing to note is that you can hear the person next door quite easily and you can smell (yes smell) them cooking. When we were there, they were definitely cooking broccoli or something pungent because it was extremely aromatic and didn't leave the apartment for about a day. There is also a yippy dog down the hall that will make sure everyone knows you are home when you arrive, but you can't hear the dog after you enter your apartment. The landlord was communicative and we didn't have any problems checking in or out. The apartment is just cold feeling, dirty, and needs some upkeep and a deep clean of the restrooms. I wouldn't stay here again. We didn't love the location as it was just too busy.

The building & elevator looks old but inside the unit it looks great. Check in process, was not nice >On the same day of the arrival I got instructions on how to access into the department. Cheers to Fatima, the Mgr, she was great, very helpful.

El acceso está descuidado y el elevador es pequeño y antiguo; pero departamento esta arreglado con buen gusto. Los baños son bastante pequeños. Para quien sale a recorrer Lima y sobre todo Miraflores considero que es muy buena opción. Regresaría !!!

This place was wonderful for the 3 weeks I was in Peru with my Girlfriend! Beautiful and spacious apartment! Perfect location in Miraflores right next to Kennedy Park! So many things within walking distance! Property manager was very fast to respond all the time! I would definitely stay at this location again in the future! Only real complaint was that one of the two bathrooms was quite small, and it was hard to close the door while in it. Other bathroom was fine. Smaller bathroom would be perfect for children! Sound Proof windows are wonderful with the noise of traffic outside! Was wonderful to have a kitchen to cook in and the ability to do laundry in the apartment! For the price it was perfect! Definitely would recommend, and you'll enjoy your time in Miraflores!

We have been to Lima a few times. The location overlooking Kennedy park was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and working with the landlords was easy. We recommend you strongly consider this as your home in Lima. Brian and Katty
