Upon arriving we couldn’t even get to our condo due to second street being torn up so we had to park pretty far from our unit and walk with all our luggage. When we got checked in, we found that the AC did no work on the riverside. After texting the manager he did send somebody out who did not fix the air because he needed another part. So for the first 2 days the air wasn’t working. Day 3, riverside finally started to work, but the city side rooms were at 80 degrees now! We were sweating just walking around in there. The property manager said he would make it right but is now ignoring us. When spending 10K on a condo you think the unit would be top notch and the road construction would have been something we were told about up front. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay here again!

Property was better then expected. It is in a great location, a few hundred feet and you are on Broadway. We were there for my sons 21st birthday and had 14 people staying here. Had plenty of room and the place is very nice inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking. The property manager was great to work with. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

The condos were spacious and clean. It was a girls weekend and we had so much room. Location was excellent- just a half a block off Broadway. Property manager responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend staying here.

We were 10 in all looking to have high quality accommodations without a hotel experience where we would be separated. This was ideal. (It has a game room with a pool table). It was very safe with multiple combination deadlocks and only a block from all the live music action. Comfy mattresses. The host was very attentive.

We have been on a family trip to Nashville and Memphis, looking for a condo right downtown in Nashville where our group could gather easily between events. The property, right above French's Boot store and near Broadway, was spacious with a modern feel, very clean and comfortable. Our teenage sons loved the pool table in the recreation area. The managers/ owners were helpful and stayed in communication over outer stay, checking in often. Thank you for a great experience!

The property was in a great location and was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was amazing. He was very helpful and was available for questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Nashville and the French condo hit the mark this year, incl 4 bedrooms with full baths and plenty of space to hang out. Great location to see Nashville! Parking only a block away and easy access to Uber or Lyft. One of our best trips. JC, the host, was great to work with.

Great Location and Accommodations
We had a family get together, from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania and staying here made the whole trip.
If you have a large group of family gathering, this is the place!
You have privacy, yet a great Rec Room area to gather and have quality time together.
The location is Perfect!!
The property manager, JC, is attentive and accommodating for any needs.
Well worth the cost.

Birthday Getaway
This property was over the top perfect. Everything was as beautiful as the pictures and the location could not be beat. The property manager was helpful during our planning and was very attentive during our stay. We had 7 ladies - all celebrating a milestone birthday and this property was everything we wanted it to be. It provided great sleeping accommodations (with very comfortable bedding and beds), adequate bathroom and shower spaces and gathering space galore. We asked for shopping service to allow for the fridge to be stocked and that was a great add for our stay. It was easy getting in and out of the property and it was right in the heart of the wonderful Broadway area. We very much enjoyed our stay - they thought of everything!

Although the front of the apartment was very loud at night, we weren't too bothered by it because we stayed out late the few nights we were there! The location was amazing and the apartments themselves were spotless and gorgeous! We are hoping to plan a trip back within the next few years!

Excellent stay at the perfect location
We so enjoyed our stay, which included 16 adults. The condo was perfect and just the right distance from Broadway for us! I can’t recommend anything better than how the setup was for us! Definitely will stay again.

The best place for a weekend Getaway!
French’s condos were a dream! They are absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the river and the street. The gourmet kitchens made cooking a pleasure and the bedding was dreamy, I love how the condos are joined by the common area. We had the best best time!
