The fact it was pet friendly and the staff kindness were the only good thing about this place

The Bed sheets and duvet were really dirty. We had to ask to be changed, and still our duvet had a big stain on it. Also, the place is VERY loud at night, with people not respecting the other in terms of being quite at sleep time. Several days we woke in the middle of the night with the floor above us making noise or someone screaming outside/corridors. Terrible experience, would not stay again

The staff was very helpful and polite. Helps me with my complaint about having sheets with hair all over them, which I could not sleep in the bed the first night I was there it was disgusting.

The property outside in the parking lot was dirty. It had garbage everywhere in the parking lot of where the flowers or shrubbery was. The room smelled like a wet dog. The carpet had dog hair all over it. I sat a cup on the carpet for a second not realizing there was dog hair there I picked up the cup and dog hair was stuck all on the bottom of the cup. It was disgusting. I wanted to throw up the bed in one of the rooms when you pulled back the covers there was hair all over the bed the pillow the comforter had stains on it could not sleep in that bed that night, but I went downstairs the next day and spoke to the young lady. She’s been there three years. She’s an awesome person and she bought me a new comforter and I told her I would go ahead and wash the sheets, but the night prior I was just too tired to wash them, but the property outside needs to be cleaned up. People don’t want to come there and see cups and stuff all over the driveway I mean I know it’s not totally the property fault that people cannot pick up after themselves but it doesn’t need to stay out there cause obviously the people staying there. We’re not gonna clean it up.
