The hotel was located close the Market square which was excellent. Also very close to the Sea front and the park. This hotel is located in a very suited location. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

The only thing I had a bit of an issue with is that the air conditioning in my room could have been a bit colder. I took a while to cool the room. It did get a bit cool but not cool as I would have liked.

Baño tapado, no salía agua caliente de la regadera, a veces no salía agua por la mañana. Se le comenta a la recepcionista y comenta que lo van checar pero no se hizo nada ni se ofreció hacer cambio de habitación

al llegar al lugar la persona de recepción muy mal pues no tiene conocimiento de las reservaciones por esta plataforma, únicamente lo hacen antes de las 22:00 horas que es cuando se retira la persona con conocimientos en el sistema y lo que se reserve posteriormente ya no tiene validez aunque la plataforma diga que se registró la reservación. El problema es trasladarse hasta el hotel para que te digan eso.

Está sucio, la cama están súper duras, el Personal nada amable, pedí una almohada extra y que no tienen

1.) Right next to an OXXO and across the street from a restaurant. It's also downtown, which is close to the hustle and bustle of things. 2.) Front desk girl was very nice when we arrived on site and very understanding of my issues.

1.) The hotel is old and LOOKS old and delapitated. Sheets hanging outside... 2.) The lobby is unwelcoming. Couches had tears in it. 3.) Rooms looked nothing like what are displayed in the pictures. - Room was dark, unlike what is shown online - Door was missing internal lock, so if you have kids, then be careful. - Window had a crack in it and could not close completely, making noises from outside very loud. - No mirror in the main room, like displayed online - Air conditioner was noisy when the condenser kicked in. - Our three bedroom option had ONE pillow per bed on what seemed like a small "FULL" mattress. - Beds were super firm - Garbage already in waste basket 4.) Bathroom window exposes you to the room across and above the way (no curtain, nor frosting on glass) - Lighting in bathroom was very dim Conclusion: I travel a lot, and I'm always willing to "rough it" if I need to. That is if I intend to stay at a place that I need to "rough it". I booked this hotel thinking it would be appropriate for my family and me, but I simply could not. I cancelled my reservation for the second night within 15 minutes of being there. I would have cancelled the entire stay, but we had arrived in Chetumal late in the evening and I didn't want to risk not being able to find a hotel. After I cancelled the second night, we unpacked and headed out for the evening to have dinner and do a little exploring. We got back to the hotel room about 10pm and that's when all the issues started to show its ugly face. The door not being able to lock was the last straw for me. I ended up calling booking at midnight to make an official complaint. My wife and I ended up walking about 4 blocks to Hotel Los Cocos (after midnight), and we were able to get accomodations for 7am the next day. As soon as everyone was up the next morning, we left and said good riddance to this atrocity of a hotel. This stay was by far one of the worst stays I've ever had.

It was near the strip. Very convenient.

The beds are hard. Shower didn't work. No hot water.

This location is great... the Centro is just feets away.

Few of the basic items were missing in the rooms.

Basically was a room for the night, good location that served our needs. this property has potentials.

could use some hot water the toilet leaked at the base so whenever you flush some of the waste would be seen coming out from the bottom. The ceiling in the bathroom were filthy, I took pictures of the before and after on a small portion.

I liked the lobby and the outdoor front where you could sit.

I didn't like that there weren't enough towels and had to ask like three times before I could get them. Also for the three nights stay, not even one day housekeeping was done.

The location was great. The room was very clean.

The mattress was very firm.

The cleaning lady was very nice and the location was good. Good price.

The staff was very unfriendly. She did not even look at us when speaking. Not open for any questions The rooms have been very sparse.

The location was great very close to the boulevard where most of the night entertainment goes on.

The only thing was the parking lot was small so if you have a vehicle make sure you reach early to secure parking space. The security officer in the parking lot qas very friendly and helpful
