Awesome view

1) The location with zig-zag and twisted road 2) Host has too many rules and regulations, such a turn-off 3) The breakfast, not what I have expected.

A nice two level house with a lovely view of the water. It was modern and comfortable and had everything that we needed. You are warned that it has a steep driveway, but it was a bit more than expected. It was clean and had central heating which is on a timer for morning and afternoon. There are quite a few house rules. I wouldn't recommend this place if you didn't have your own transport, as it is quite a way out of Christchurch and not that easy to get to. A bowl of fresh fruit and a fresh loaf of bread were provided, which was a nice touch. There were lots of sauces etc if the fridge for use as well as coffee pods and tea.

This was a beautiful stay the house was lovely the view magnificent. the kitchen was fitted out really well .

it was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the driveway but so worth it . And a tv downstairs would be good because the seating was so much more comfortable.

Everything we needed in lovely house with an amazing view. Thanks for the little extras, they were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

The girls said the only thing missing was a spa - we knew not to expect one and totally understand the maintenance and upkeep is extra work.

The view was amazing great upstairs space - easy for us to all fit in - lovely extra touches eg fruit in the fruit bowl, small packets chips and some drinks. Excellent communication between manager.

Nothing - maybe could do with some board games, cards.

The views were exceptional. The house was well appointed with everything you could want.

All was ok.
