Clean, convenient to the airport and a good restaurant.

The shuttle failed to pick us up at the airport, although we had scheduled it. The concierge reimbursed the taxi cost. Very noisy college kids made it hard to sleep.

This was the nicest Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in. Great pool, comfortable rooms, and good restaurant.

It was a little further from the airport but the free shuttle was nice.

The hotel is beautiful and so was our room and our bed was among the most comfortable I ever slept on. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful and I really do mean EVERY EMPLOYEE. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet the next morning was incredible. We enjoyed the heated pool and the large jacuzzi and the equipment in the gym was very modern and a pleasure to use.

I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay.

Best holiday inn we have stayed in, staff super helpful and friendly communication was great. We ordered room service very nice do not have a bad word to say about this hotel and can't wait to stay again when we are next in quito!

Located 5 min from the airport, free shuttle, felt like a 5 star hotel chain. Very professional staff, very clean, felt luxurious for a Holiday Inn. The breakfast buffet was an incredible spread from traditional Ecuadorian foods to European to American selections and so delicious.

The dinner food was mediocre

Bed and pillows were good, shower was great, very well located in relation to the airport.

Room was a bit hot, wifi speed was only decent (slower than my previous stay)

The location is close to the airport which we needed and they provided a free shuttle to reach it in the morning. Check in was smooth and they were helpful in drying a bag of our very wet clothing for us. The room was comfortable and spacious enough to spread out our belonging to repack everything for travel the next day. The breakfast spread was large and very nice looking though we couldn't enjoy it too much given how early we had to leave, though we appreciated that it opened at 6am allowing us a bit of time to grab a bite.

We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs and the food was priced as you would expect in an American style hotel but it wasn't the best quality, service was mediocre and we felt a little queasy afterward - perhaps because most of the choices were quite heavy. The hotel is expensive by Ecuadorian standards.

Location was good. One of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Staff were wonderful and always helpful. Loved having the restaurant in the hotel and especially the room service. Even the room service/restaurant staff would go the extra mile to ensure all was good. Each department has an excellent staff. I hope that the owner/manager(s) realize the professionalism and all go above and beyond including the shuttle drivers. Excellent stay; wish you were here in Nashville!

It was perfect. Can't think of anything that was at all negative. The super detail to cleanliness and housekeeping also need a shout up. Wish I was still there.

We liked our room and the locality near the airport was very convenient. The complex and swimming pool area looked great but as we were just there overnight we did not use the pool.

Our only dislike was the fact that we arrived a few hours early due to the flight times. We could understand if they said we had to wait for our room to be serviced. However, our room was ready but we were not allowed to use it earlier unless we paid extra money. This didn't seem very hospitable compared to other accommodation we stayed at during our trip.

shuttle was not waiting for us despite multiple communications prior and a commitment from staff. we did not get the room requested. we were told by front staff it was not available but overheard bellboy communicating about appropriate options that were available. staff had a phony friendliness and were essentially quite arrogant.
