It was nice short trip. The hotel stuffs were very friendly. The facilities including the pool was good. The food was also good.

The place is manned with unprofessional and disgusting management, they even retorted to manhandled, closing of gates..to force us to pay for Occupancy post check out and plain case of cheating ...in my travel exposure of 37 years pan India I had never experienced such staffs and cheating policy of hotels ...

Both stay & food were upto the mark.

Hotel was neat and clean with good appliances and appolstry

There was no response from reception on disturbance complaint they did not even pick the calls . Breakfast could have been better.

Value for money exceptional food and friendly staff behaviour had a great time

The serene ambience and the friendly staff members . The food and the swimming pool. Staff members like Chandan Mondal - HK, Simanta - F&B and the unnamed swimming pool supervisor went that extra mile to ensure that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest.

There is hardly anything negative which I can think of. I was simply an amazing experience.
