The staff is friendly and helpful, the beds are the best I’ve slept in a hotel, the AC works great. The breakfast is above average.
Only concern is we walked down to get a key since we had locked all ours in the room. The front desk did not ask for ID, just gave us another card to the room.

It is comfy, modern, beautiful and clean. My kids loved The chimney and actually got a warm coffee in front of it 😃.

It was super nice and elegant looking, the lady working swing shift 3-till on 12-11-23 was super nice. Rare to experience nice/helpful workers now day.

The rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The noise was really bad. I don’t know if there was someone staying above us but we were unable to sleep from the noise and kids yelling in the halls. The walls are apparently super thin cause we could hear everything.

Large buses taking up a lot of the parking; housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30 am when checkout was at 11 am

rude manager, yelled at my mother over the phone catching an attitude and was told to “be quiet and listen” and over all felt disrespected. Additionally sheets had a splotch of dried blood on it.

I was tired after a long day of business seminar. Issac was so pleasant, made me laugh, and made check in seamless. As an owner and employer of a business, I would say he is a "keeper".
Breakfast was a bit bland. I thought I was dishing whipped cream on my waffle and tasted like sour cream that had been out too long. A label explaining what that was would have been appreciated. I like to see a nicely done breakfast.
