Breakfast was great customer service was awesome. Didn’t get room service until second night there which didn’t bother me as I went down to the desk and was able to get some towels. Air conditioner didn’t work properly as it did not keep the room cool.

The room didn’t cool

Nothing. Per the photo I attached, I booked for 2 nights for a mini honeymoon. When calling to confirm my arrival, I was advised that the reservation is only showing for 1 night. The rep did not care what my email said nor did he offer any help at all. My only option was to spend extra money and make a news reservation.

We were asked to leave the pool area at 3:30 when the sun just popped out because a private party had the roof booked:(

Comfortable bed. The 2 female staff members that we encountered for breakfast and n evening meal were very good and helpful and seemed to be running around doing several jobs at once.

Entrance or lack of signs arriving with a car. Entrance not sign posted as at the rear of the property, so hard to find. Then you only have the concierge to ask where to go to book it, which is 2 floors up. Staff at the desk off hand and uninterested. Struggled to get the lift to go to our floor as didn’t realise we had to hold key card on the sensor for a few seconds which another guest helped us with as they had the same problem. Went to room and only one paper coffee mug so had to go back to the reception to request a second cup! Plus the paper cups were rubbish and didn’t make the drink’s taste very nice especially after several uses. Would it be so difficult for a hotel to supply some proper mugs and a kettle as every time we made a tea it tasted of coffee due the way it is set up. There is a fridge and microwave but no proper cups, spoons and milk etc! Tv quality of sound awful as kept having to turn it up and down. Ridiculous that the hotel didn’t except cash for any food or supplies.

Nos encanto el hotel, las habitaciones y el personal que nos recibió, todos muy atentos y cordiales, las instalaciones del gimnasio eran excelentes, el precio se acomodo a la calidad del lugar.

Como recomendación el alojamiento debería tener el desayuno incluido, y todo hubiera sido perfecto.
