電話で予約に仕方(人数が変更になったので）を教えていただきましたが、凄くいい対応で感動しました。

部屋で過ごしていて、館内Wi-Fiについてわからなかったので１階フロント迄尋ねに行き教えていただけました。そこで、「どうしてチェックインの際に一言説明していただけなかったのですか？」と言ったところ笑顔が消えて、冷たい態度に変わりました。その場にいた女性二人から「チェックインの際に説明したでしょ！」と相当ぶっきらぼうに二人から同時に言われ呆れました。 ２泊した初日の夜だったので、このホテルの印象が一転しとても嫌な気持ちになりました。 家族がチェックインの際、傍にいましたので後で確認しましたが誰もWi-Fiについては説明がなかったと言っていました。 たとえ、説明があったしてもこの言い方は人(客)をもてなすホテルとしては最低だと感じました。（チェックインした日の夜の事でした） トイレのトイレットペーパーの予備が部屋になく、少なくなっていれば補充しておいて欲しかった。 わざわざフロントにまで取りに行きました。

fantastic location; I really can’t imagine being in a more perfect, centrally located area of Shimokitazowae. This hotel is just far enough off the beaten path that you don’t hear any loud partying at night, yet many great bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. I do wish the hotel provided complimentary coffee or water. the record player is a nice touch and it was fun to skim through their vinyl collection and take a few back to my room. Wi-Fi is solid, coffee shop has really good bagels, and the bar is cute (but a bit overpriced).

Situated in a very relaxed area in Tokyo and a 5 minutes walk to train station so made it a ideal location to explore Tokyo

Rooms are a little small and seating area for breakfast can be a little cold due to automatic sliding doors

The pyjamas were cute. The room was clean and quiet. We liked the minimalistic style.

The sound of the record player was not so good as expected but not dramatic.

地點非常棒!距離最近車站東北澤站只需走路5分鐘,走路至下北澤逛街吃飯也只需要10~15分鐘,地點上無可挑剔,房間內也附上黑膠播放機,可以和櫃檯借用黑膠,對於沒有聽黑膠習慣的人來說算是不錯的體驗

房間內衛浴產品非常不好用,擠壓沐浴乳等產品時很不順暢,吹風機風力蠻不足的,短頭髮勉強可以使用,但對長頭髮的房客可能是非常不好的體驗,另外吹風機出風口端的風罩,有明顯髒污,非常可怕

Amazing location in a super groovy, under-rated suburb. Super close to plenty of bars, restaurants, vintage shops & record stores as well as train station to city centre. We stayed in the smallest room and even that was actually more spacious than anticipated. Very friendly staff that were eager to help and cool to grab a good coffee and bagel every morning. Would stay again without a question of a doubt!

Great location in a super cool neighbourhood, nice adjoining cafe, there is a record player on each room and you can rent vinyl records for free at the reception. Very clean and quiet rooms. Lots of facilities such as laundry (though paid) and a water dispenser.

The staff was not very knowledgeable about very simple matters that all tourists stumble upon (how to pick up a train ticket). I wanted a beer at night and they sell nice local craft beers but the cafe was closed and they had locked the fridge and the reception staff could not sell me the beer (a bit of a lack of practical thinking here)

L'hôtel est proche de la gare dans une rue piétonne très calme, notre chambre était plutôt spacieuse avec un grand lit. Petit frigo à disposition ainsi d'un lecteur vinyle même si nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en faire usage. Les toilettes japonaises très modernes sont toujours un luxe pour nous. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel par sa localité, pouvant rejoindre à pied les quartiers de Shibuya, Meiji Jingu, Meguro, Daikanyama etc...

La salle de bain mal conçue est pour moi le mauvais point de la chambre où l'eau de la douche n'était pas bien contenue, dommage quand on connaît la praticité des salles de bain à la japonaise. L'hôtel a été conçu par un grand architecte japonaise mais il n'a sûrement pas testé la salle de bain, dommage. Le côté très impersonnel des chambres et parties communes était attendu.

目的のLIVEハウスまで500mほど歩きますがほぼ1本道で大好きな下北沢の街並みを見ながら楽しくあるけました。

共有スペース？フロント周辺などがオシャレ。新しい感じが良かった。

子供がテレビを見たかったと言っていた。 櫛があると思って持っていかなかったらなかったので残念。

This is my third stay at this hotel in just over a year, staying 7-12 days each time. I love the location and the communal laundry is useful.

It gets more and more expensive to stay each time I’m there. There is no recognition at all for a returning guest. The reception staff are very “cool” young people but have no customer service skills. The attached bar is cold and the host unfriendly.

Such a cool boutique hotel. Superb location- in a really trendy area of Tokyo, yet still really quiet and calm at night allowing you to get a good night’s sleep. The rooms are a good size (typically small size for Tokyo) but well organised (lots of places for your bags/to hang things etc), super modern and comfortable. Loved the records, coffee and bagels downstairs. Can’t wait to stay again next time!

The hotel has a fantastic cafe ground floor, with an indoor/outdoor area. They make great coffee and bagels. Very comfortable beds, great terrace , sunlight streaming in. I would stay in the Hollywood deluxe room again. Shimokitazawa is a fantastic location. Stayed with my 2 daughters, was perfect. Our favourite stay!

もう少し部屋に小物があってもいいのでは？ ターンテーブルがポツンとあって、それが売りなのかはわからないが、それ以外に必要なものはあると思います。 あとはフロントの方の服装もそういうコンセプトなのかは知りませんが、愛想はなかったかな。 宿泊の金額の割りには合わない。

음악을 좋아해서 바이닐 대여 서비스가 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소에 돌아와서 아날로그 음악을 들으며 쉴때 진짜 쉬러 온 느낌이 들어서 편안했어요. 숙소가 위치한 동네도 고즈넉하고 평화로워서 숙소까지 오가는 길도 좋았습니다

Shimokitazawa est un quartier certe pas central mais adorable. L'établissement est très bien situé. L'architecture et le design de très bon goût, moderne et chaleureux. On peut emprunter des vyniles et les jouer dans notre chambre! Nous avons eu une chambre haute de plafond ce qui est super rare au Japon. Le café qui fait parti du même bâtiment est super.

レコードプレーヤーがあったこと。プレーヤーが無くて聴けなくなっていたレコードを持参してずっときいていました。フロントで３枚まで貸し出しもしています。 洗濯機、電子レンジがありました。 夜、出入りが自由にできてよかったです。

しいて言えば、部屋にはレコードプレーヤーしかなかったこと。テレビが無いといられない人には向かないでしょう。

Close and easy access to train stations for sightseeing and eateries.

Rooms were overpriced at 420AUD per night. Felt like a cross between a prison cell and a cheap back packers hostel. Rooms worn and tired. No natural ventilation, heating was like a blast furnace, luckily could turn it off. The constant rumble and vibration of trains disrupted sleep. Stayed at numerous other locations on this particular Japan trip (3rd in 2 years) that offered much better value for money at a much higher standard.

エアコンのフィルターの埃が気になった。 洗濯一回300円は高いと感じた。 雰囲気に合わないかもしれないが、テレビや時計も置いて欲しい。
