Condo itself was terrific. They communicated well and made sure we had choices for other options to stay and allowed us early check in for the trouble. Walking distance to the quarter was doable but took about 20 minutes, however with the scenery, people watching, and places to stop and eat and shop, the walk didn't feel taxing at all.

I have already recommended a stay here to all my good friends. This experience was incredible. Everyone was helpful, the customer service before even checking in was phenomenal, and it made a pre-wedding stay all that less stressful.

The Lola is clean and very helpful. They also had bottomless mimosas both days we stayed here. We loved it!

The property we originally booked was changed on us by Sextant Stays a week before. We were moved to the Lyric property on Girod Str. While the location was good the building is not ready for prime time. There is still construction going on. There was no WiFi. Lightbulbs burned out, make up mirror not working, TV not working, wood floors were filthy. Bathtub didn't drain properly.
We called you and maintenance came and resolved our issues.

Our penthouse was exceptionally clean! All the amenities of home and even had a first aid kit. Valet parking was available. The front desk was courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning!
