Le entrada está muy sucia y descuidada y que no hay una cortina de baño y entonces al ducharte se moja todo

first of all the location was good ..near to everything room was clean enough breakfast was good with plenty of options

staff response to everything was really slow u have to ask for it and wait and then aks again and again yet they were nice

I would never return to this accommodation. We booked 3 nights and we could only stay one, we had to leave the hotel and book somewhere else because the first night there were unbearable noises, both from the other guests and noises from outside and a vibrating noise that sounded like a sewing machine, from 3 am until 6 am. We also arrived and there were no towels or paper and when we asked for them they were hairy and looked dirty. The arrival was not pleasant either, although it is true the place is not nice, the building inside is worse, the garbage scattered on the stairs of the building. The bathroom has a small glass partition and allows the entire bathroom to get wet when you shower. To complete the bad experience, they do not allow you to pay by card, you can only pay with euros or dollars and if you are going to pay with Egyptian pounds they increase the exchange rate and you would end up paying much more than what was agreed through Booking, little honesty, no I recommend this place at all. Jamás regresaría a este alojamiento. Reservamos 3 noches y sólo pudimos estar una, tuvimos que dejar el hotel y reservar en otro porque la primera noche hubo unos ruidos insoportables, tanto de los otros huéspedes como ruidos de afuera y un ruido de vibración parecía una máquina de coser, desde las 3 am hasta las 6 am. También llegamos y no habían toallas ni papel y al pedirlas estaban con pelos y parecían sucias. La llegada tampoco fue nada agradable, si bien es cierto el lugar no es lindo, el edificio por dentro es peor, la basura regada en las escaleras del edificio. El baño tiene una pequeña división en vidrio y deja que todo el baño se moje cuando uno se ducha. Para completar la mala experiencia no te permiten pagar con tarjeta, solo puedes pagar con euros o dólares y si vas a pagar con libras egipcias te suben la tasa de cambio y resultarías pagando mucho más de lo que se acordó mediante Booking, poca honestidad, no recomiendo para nada este lugar.

Siamo stati accolti sempre con grandi sorrisi e il personale è veramente genuino. La camera aveva un bel tarrazzino che ha reso la nostra permanenza piacevole e ci ha fatto vivere a pieno l'atmosfera della città. La posizione permette di raggiungere molto facilmente diverse attrazioni della città. Il personale disponibile a qualsiasi orario della giornata.

Abbiamo ricevuto solo 1 telo doccia a persona, le lenzuola erano molto usurate (non presentabili) e le pulizie potevano essere più approfondite.
