Al llegar al alojamiento nos dicen que no teníamos reserva cuando si la teníamos. Tuvimos que pagar un extra para poder quedarnos. El hotel sucio y el ruido es insoportable incluso con tapones. No lo recomiendo

موقع الفندق جيد ... الافطار بسيط جدا ويفتقر للتنويع .. كثرة السؤال من قبل العاملين في المطعم عن رقم الغرفة وهذا شيئ غير مقبول

الفندق عادي جدا ولايرقى لمستوى 4 نجوم تقييمي له اقل من 3 نجوم .. حجزي كان سويت عائلي غرفتين وحمام .. مستوى النظافة سئ جدا في الغرف والحمامات .. الحمام غير نظيف ولايوجد أمانة من فريق House keeping في عملية التنظيف .. التنظيف للامور الظاهرة فقط ولكم ماخفي كان اعظم مثلا اسفل وخلف السرير .. اطراف الشباك وخلف الشاشة .. وخلف المرحاض وخلف المغسلة تجد بلاوي متلتلة .. .. غرفتي كان بها ةاحد كيس شاي .. ههههههه ... لابد من الادارة الانتباه لمثل هذه الامور السرير والمرتبة من اردى الانواع لايوجد راحة في النوم بسبب تحرك السرير من مكانه اثناء النوم .. لايوجد اهتمام بالفندق من قبل الادارة .. وممكن يكون افضل لو تم تحسين الامور التي ذكرتها

Reception was very kind amazing time

Everything was bad .

Terrible service visitors not allowed to stay in your room more than an hour . You have to pay to warm your food bought outside £10GBP per plate this is ridiculous! Staff members even asked for money to open your room door for you after already paying over £400 for my hotel room . Avoid at all costs !

Every thing is wonderful and staff so kind and helpful,especially ahmad waleed,mina housam the sweetest people overthier.

The noise on the rooms with road view , it was very loud should use soundproof

Good location near city stars mall and the airport. Big rooms and good breakfast.

Great location. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and quite comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room needed a bit more cleaning as it was dusty and the carpets on the floor looked like they haven't been washed in a long time.

The room was clean and spacious. You can hear the main road traffic, however, that didn't disturb me. The staff were nice and accommodating.

The hotel was hard to find because there are other Jewel hotels in the area. The lift is old and dangerous, I was scared everytime I entered inside. Also, the breakfast was basic. Had to go out for breakfast after the first day.

The bed sheets and pillows were not clean

Couldn't think of one single thing on which I could write a positive note.

Checkin service was awful. Took 45 minutes. They couldn't find my booking and other customers who were dominant were helped in between. The checkin desk was also messy and a total disorder chaotic setting. The room looked outdated. The windows are from from sound proof! The pictures don't tell you that the hotel is just across a highway. Not only aren't the windows sound proof, but the smell of exhaust gasses is a predominant part of the room. The towels smelled like smoke. The mattress of the bed had just 1 sheet on top of it, not wrapped tight around the bed. It went off to easy, so that you could see the brown stains on the mattress, which lied far from relaxed. Overall, the room + bathroom didn't gave a really clean and hygienic impression. The view was also terrible: a highway.
