There is no pool and no private beach

We arrived to Castello hotel Emmanuela and Antonia at the reception was amazing
The manager of the hotel Giorgos meet us at the reception and give us the best service that u can’t imagine and take care for any request
For all our period.
Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach
The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food )

With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling.

A wonderful 10 days of friendly luxury. Nothing was too much trouble for the fantastic team who took care of us, the hotel and food were sublime and the area was beautiful. We cannot recommend it enough!

The clean-up service of the room was very poor, they should buy a vacuum cleaner, the lady from the cleaning service should be trained to use the mop into the bathroom, the livingroom, desk, and so on
The heated pool was heated only by the sun. For me was cold as ice even at noon! Also the pool was never cleaned-up during 1 week. Yes there filters but....
The prices for the spa were different between the hotel aplication and the spa reception.
Late check-out was not available although we requested since our arrival. They announced ous with one day prior to our departure that we have to leave at 11 am. The offered us to store our luggace and a shower at the spa. Soooo we decided to leave one Day earlier.
They do not have a private beach.there is a public beach at 50m from the hotel which is very craweded and small. The water is very rocky.
The romantic room settup was disappointing...some roses into a flowerpot and some baloons.....for 80 euros.....

Everything! Really exceptional hotel, so beautifully designed, such a great service, and the private pools with sea view are amazing.
Unfortunately the quality of the bed was not according to the standard of the hotel. The toppers where worn down and way too soft. I got a serious back pain issue during my stay. After the first night the hotel staff changed the toppers, but it still wasn't a good experience. A pitty because everythign else is fantastic. So we have some room for improvement here :D

I asked for a suprise for my GF birthday and the hotel really delivered with beautiful flower set up and cake with excellent wine.
The staff was very professional and kind.
The vibe in the hotel is very soothing and relaxing.
Altough we payed for half board the drinks in dinner was not free(even the water wasn't).
The water pressure in the shower was very weak.
The half board menu was not diversive enough.

I’m a nice seaport village. loved the village and all the wonderful restaurants.
the moonstruck bedroom was so small we had to walk sideways to get around bed to bathroom. No place for luggage comfortably so we had it outside on the lounge chairs.

The rooms have a spectacular view, are exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond. The food at the restaurant is very good.
The gym is small and not well equipped.

The room is just like in the pictures (but the pool water does even get warm). Clean and new hotel. Nice breakfast, but the servers made me wait a long time have my table set outside. Beachfront. We stayed there in the last night of our trip as we wanted to relax and be close to Heraklion but not in the city. Big fail as the pool was not heated and caught little sunlight. Taxis to the airport cost 45 Euros.
The HEATED jacuzzi pool is a SCAM!!! It is not heated at all. It depends on the weather temperature. End of the story, the water remains cold in the evenings. This is definitely a place for couples, like many others in Greece (You can see the other person in the bathroom as there is a huge transparent glass window). Also the beach is NOT excellent. So I would not recommend this place at all. Not a good cost/benefit comparison.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast with a mix of buffé and á la carte. Room was located on the top floor of the building with a great view of the beach/village/ocean. Felt very private and quiet compared to other rooms on the lower floors. Friendly staff that wants to make your stay great and takes pride in their work.
Room felt smaller than what was written in the description, and comparing with the other suites of similar size. Said to have a bathtub in the room, but that was not the case. Asked the hotel to set-up transportation upon arrival, however that was not done and after waiting one hour at the airport for our transfer, the hotel said that it was better for us to take a normal taxi and not wait any longer. Beds and pillows were too hard, but just a personal preference and we did not complain during our stay. Somewhat questionable cleaning of the rooms. But overall still very satisfied with the stay!

Costello Infinity Suites was absolutely stunning. The entirety of the place is in pristine condition. Rooms were gorgeous; spacious, modern, and so relaxing. The rooms are furnished with the best quality and large glass windows showcase Cretes stunning coast. The minute you walk through the glass doors, you see the breathtaking scenery and can jump straight into the infinity pool. We could’ve spent all day and night on that balcony and pool! Additionally, the restaurant food is absolutely delicious; a unique dinner menu definitely worth trying the steaks, goat pasta and chocolate fondant! The lunch menu was also impressive, the fish tacos in particular were incredible. Breakfast was another enjoyable moment with local Cretan dishes and food made to your choosing. We were so welcomed and attended to by the staff here. They all made us feel so special and truly are incredible!
cannot find one single fault, this place is truly more than five stars!

Castello Infinity is a little peace of heaven with incredibly kind staff members ! it is not the cheapest stay in town but it is worth every penny ! The experience is just magical and they make you feel very special ! I had the chance to plan my proposal with them and they helped me all along the way 🙂 oh and breakfast… I miss it so much already !
Thank again to Alexandra, George and all the other staff members we met along the way ! I didn’t like staying only 2 nights… I should have booked the full week 😍

From A-Z it was the perfect vacation: Alexandra received us with warm smile and hospitality, joining us to our suite and through the hotel; George the manager welcomed us with cold drink and took care personally for everything we’ve asked. The suite is private and well equipped, the location is perfect, the view is stunning and the service is kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back next summer!

George and his team are exceptional friendly and helpful! We felt so warmly welcome, everything was taken care of. If you want something apart from the Mass tourism on Crete, this is definitely a refuge place to stay!
But by far the best is the Food, you have to experience that quality and service. The diner is the highlight, the quality and taste was the best we experienced on Crete. Big Thanks to the Chef and his team as well!
