Everyone was very nice and always helpful. It's close to everything you need. Comfortable bed and everything you need to cook. Nice size fridge.

Everytime using the microwave shutoff all plugged because it doesn't work, waste of time putting up and down the breaker. No hot water.

150p per person incl kids to use pool wasn’t expected

1. Ms. Kathy Abino, the caretaker, was helpful with our needs. She provided me with information particularly to get the keys, use of swimming pool and the internet. 2. The room was nice, the needed kitchen utensils were available and all good. Plus, they provided us 5liters of drinking water and sachets of coffee. A very good welcome stuff. Much appreciated. 3. They provided us with two (2) towels for our use. I suggest they should provide us at least 4 because we're 4 and good for a 2-day stay in the property. 4. There's a need to call the attention of the designated plumber of the property because the bathroom was flooding every time we took a bath. 5. One of the guards in the lobby, a certain Quilit, needs to undergo further training in customer relations and to expose him in friendly discussions with all types of guests. At first, he tried to deny us from entering because the authorization message from Massimilliano to me is not the same as his template. If only he had understood the message, he must let us enter without delay. 6. During checked-out, one of the guards argued with my uncle, who will fetch us. He used the whistle many times instead of approaching my uncle. The guards must know better how to speak politely to all and manage them appropriately and not to resort to argument.

The unit was well equipped and clean, the WiFi was strong and the streaming service a pleasant bonus feature; the agent was willing to work with my schedule. The location and access to the pool made the stay wonderful for the kids. I would definitely book this unit in the future.

Cock Roaches

The location was very good. Only 5 minute walk to MOA. Lots of nearby shops. Agent & Owner are very friendly! Free Spotify and Netflix to enjoy during the stay.

The building itself seems to have a cockroach infestation and there are also fire alarms that will activate randomly. Both issues might be due to property management, not the unit owner himself.

The owners are so nice! They've been so responsive, accommodating and great with handling situations! Any request I have, they will definitely grant it if as long as it is do-able. Bed was sooo comfy, been sleeping really well despite of me being insomniac. I love the location! Was so convenient to MOA, a mart downstairs for food and essentials. Basically, the unit was so homey for me and my fiance and we both love it!

Well, there were a few unfortunate experiences that we've encountered, but it is an easy fix. • The fridge has some leakage that we weren't informed, it's not often, but probably twice in a week. It's not a lot, it can be wiped with the rug. • Tiny roaches even if we don't leave food. Mostly in the kitchen and bathroom. But it's killable 🤣 had to murder a lot of them. • Since the unit was my temporary home, it bothered me a bit that the caretakers had to knock and come twice to gather cleaning supplies from the cupboard INSIDE the room. However, you can simply just let the owner know and he was nice to not let it happen again. The caretakers were definitely nice, but it seemed inappropriate in that situation.
