Me encanto, hice la reserva casi que llegando al lugar porque iba viajando por carretera, y decidimos quedarnos una noche en este pueblo, todo fue super chevere, nos atendieron increíble y todo estuvo super bien

The staff was great with us, the room was spacious and beds super comfy with curtains! We loved the location, the bathroom was clean, hot shower and nice pressure! We don’t understand the bad reviews because we loved it and the price was reasonable too!

Locatie, direct aan het centrum.

Deluxe kamer is weinig deluxe aan. Ruimte rook vochtig en muf. Bed aan rechterkant doorgezakt, douche erg krap en het water liep niet goed weg. Personeel niet zo enthousiast. Geïrriteerd toen ik vroeg of dit wel de deluxe kamer was en ook toen we een nieuwe handboek vroegen omdat er een gat in zat. Alleen contant betalen mogelijk! Onbijt was er niet om 8:10u wat niet handig is als je een activiteit vroeg hebt geboekt. Erg gehorig, kon letterlijk de mensen van een andere kamer verstaan. Ook de mensen die laat binnenkomen en livemuziek van een bar vlakbij. Eerste blik lijkt het schoon..

A little loud as the door was a make shift door and didn’t close all the way so we could hear the dorm room next to us

Very Clean place. Very central. Expensive for a dorm in colombia.

Not like in the pictures. You have 2 mahalo hotel so if you look for the rooftop and nice common area and kitchen you will not find it It’s a fake as then should make 2 differents place on booking and not put all the Pictures in one because it’s not true. NO WATER DURING 2 DAYS !!! And we had to get very angry amd ask for a refund in order to have the info that we can shower in the other place next door!!! NOT GOOD SERVICE Very small dorm with very thin wooden wall and floor you can hear evrything and evrything moves when somebody walk.

Die Matratze in unserem privatroom war sehr unbequem.

Goed verblijf gehad. Prima uitvalsbasis om Salento en omgeving te verkennen. Wij stonden er versteld van dat elke dag onze kamer werd schoongemaakt en iedere dag kregen we nieuwe handdoeken (terwijl ze niet eens op de grond lagen). Ze hebben twee locaties. Wij mochten kiezen uit een kamer. Heel fijn dat ze meedachten.

Het is vrij gehorig. Als je een lichte slaper bent dan raden we wel oordoppen aan.

The location is perfect, in the heart of Salento. Nightlife is not huge there, so it was quite calm and quiet. Staff was kind.

My bedroom was just beside the reception, which didn't feel private. It is not different from what is shown in the pictures, but their illumination makes them prettier.

Die Dorms waren sehr, sehr klein und es gab keine Fenster oder richtige Türen, so dass es sehr hellhörig war und leider keine gute Luft. Man hatte kaum Platz für das Gepäck

David was so welcoming and very helpful with our concerns and questions. Location is close to restaurants and shops

Our room got cleaned after our first night but not after that (stayed for 4 nights), unsure if it should’ve been daily..no bin in the bedroom which was needed as we didn’t have an en-suite. Had to ask for new towels every day as ours didn’t dry. The room was very damp with the walls and floor actually being wet to touch and the artwork having mold on them this is probably due to there being no window just a small hatch that opens into the corridor (there’s also no aircon or fan). Our clothes became wet by the 3rd day and the management were not very helpful, David sorted us a room change however management kept offering things that weren’t feasible (offered breakfast although aware we were leaving before this, and to wash/dry our clothes however they were aware they couldn’t be tumble dried and wouldn’t have time to air dry by the next morning when we were leaving). A lot of building work going on which you can hear from the bedrooms. The cleaner had a very bad attitude when we had to ask for another toilet roll, there was none at 6am and despite being away for the day we came back to still not having any at 5:30pm (luckily we had our own for when there was none provided)

Que el televisor no funcionaba ni se conectaba a internet. Muchísimo ruido durante la noche y no dejaban dormir muy bien. La puerta del baño no cerraba.

It was in town which was convenient in the day…but not at night because we were basically inside a nightclub garden that was 10m from our window.

- pounding music until 12 every night and 2am at the weekend felt like we were inside a nightclub and impossible to sleep. the staff told us this was only during the weekend (so we decided to stay Sunday and Monday as well), but this was false and the problem persisted and it was impossible to sleep until it stopped. - disgusting fly infestation problem. every time we re-entered our room there were 100+ more dead flies on our bed, inside our luggage, all over the floor, in the shower etc. I showed the cleaner and she swept them up…not a long term solution. she also said they were attempting to fumigate the room, so not sure why we were allowed to rent it when the problem was already known. they wanted to charge us 70,000 more to change room. - breakfast starts after all of the tours in the area so we missed it… - breakfast was poor quality. no milk available for coffee. do not pay for breakfast here as there are many nice places locally. - front door to the property looks like it has been broken in to. their solution is to put a chair in front of it at night that makes a loud noise when guests enter…not sure the purpose as no one would check who has entered anyway. - dangerous walkway up the stairs to the roof terrace. my partner hit his head really badly because the walk way is obstructed by a metal beam that you do not see when walking up. easily could be a major accident there. - we were charged a much higher rate for the same room when we wanted to extend a night (when we were told that the music and fly problems would not persist…) with no explanation. - after staying there, we have seen that it is listed online as a ‘love hotel’ which we had no idea about beforehand. this explains the people who were there on Friday and Saturday night for a few hours and leaving. the girls looked very young. - while the staff were friendly enough, disappointed that the staff knew in advance about all of the problems but did not warn us or rectify them properly.

Is located in a very loud neighbourhood, so you will not going to rest well. If you come to take tours or if you have an early departure, this is not your place.

Perfect location, and really cute and cozy décor.

Stayed in a private room and their was zero noise canceling property. As much as I liked this location, it was so difficult to sleep. There is a bar right next door and at times it was so loud it felt like the we were inside the bar. There really should be a warning that it will be loud if you’re focused on trying to get some sleep.

Good communicacion! They picked us up at the Armenia busterminal! Clean! Very friendly and nice staff! They allowed us to leave luggage!!

We came in at 5 am and rescheduled to a bigger more expensive room to get 4 hour of sleep before check out. We could not sleep at all cause of all the noise and working outside the window. Lots of talking and shouting made it impossible to sleep 😔 I dont know where all the noise came from.

The breakfast was great, and the views from the firepit are stunning.

The room itself was adequate, but beyond basic. The door was a panel of chipboard that slid across, and didnt close properly. The room was also next to a set of very squeaky stairs, and due to lack of a proper door, it let all the noise and lighting in. Conversations could be heard from other rooms as if they were happening inside the room.

In general a good place to stay Location is good
