The place is amazing,clean the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.

There no smoking area so they just smoke outside the door and cigarette smoke will come inside the room🥺🥺🥺

Our room didn't have a smart tv

the place itself. i loved it. peaceful place. really loved it.

dirty water from the tap, toilet has no door, water shortage and there were no means for us to get water, the 5lt the guy brought was sour couldn't drink. the stove had no gas, so we couldn't cook our own food.

The staff member who met me to check me in and give me the keys etc was lovely and very helpful

The price was NOT worth what I got. The place overall aswell as both the rooms i saw were just not good. In my room specifically nothing quite seemed to fit together and felt like a mix and match of whatever they happened to have lying around at the time. The curtains were mismatched, dirty and stained, the kettle switch was broken and didnt automatically turn itself off after it boiled even though it's supposed to, there wasnt even a bar of soap in the bathroom or towel already hanging in the bathroom, no dish towel, no cleaning or sanitising materials provided for the floors or surfaces, the windows were filthy, the guard rail outside the window is literally falling off of the rest of the building, there were no batteries even in the remote for the aircon so that was unusable, the pool was filthy and the water level was very low - pretty much looking like it hasnt been cleaned in any way in for atleast a few weeks. I never once saw the owners or even another staff member. When I asked if I could stay an hour longer after checkout time while waiting for my planes boarding time to approach, I was beyond gobsmacked to hear that I would in fact have to pay another whopping r150 for this "privelage" even though the entire rest of the place was empty and seemingly totally abandoned. Ridiculous.

The staff was very welcoming,our hosts , Memory and Charnice,the ladies were the best .our stay exceeded our expectations, we were home away from home.everything about the property was exceptional and value for money
