I recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful prime select during my trip, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's ambiance was charming, and the amenities were top-notch.
What truly set this establishment apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Ahmed Rajab. From the moment I arrived, Ahmed's warm welcome and attentive assistance made me feel right at home. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort truly made my stay memorable.

It was not cleaned and smelled. No hair dryer, soap or shampoo. Room size was small.

- location was very easy to reach in from airport and places almost near from your staying, you need uber to room around which is available all time
- staff was very helpful and easy going especially Mr.Mustafa , really he is nice guy
- there are a little bit things but when you enjoyed your stay really you will ignore all tiny things

Everything was great. The location of the apartment, was very central close to the ring road and 15min away from Maadi. You will feel right at home in this apartment. All the amenties are available you just need to drop your bags! The apartment is located inside a gated compound which is very quiet and very safe. You have several ATMs, café and supermarket nearby as well.
Ahmed the owner is really helpful and will help.you with any enquiries you have at anytime of the day and night :)

The first and best experience with Prime. I was impressed with the follow up on arrival time and even though there was a delay Mr. Mustafa was very patient, helpful with a friendly attitude and a smile. The apartment was clean, cozy and tidy with high security. I strongly recommend to book with Prime.

we had a good stay at prime select. The apartment was very clean and nice. Everything you needed for a one week stay was available. I would highly recommend this place in Cairo. The location is very quiet and nice.

Very good customer service, always making sure that I'm doing well and even helped me with things unrelated to the apartment. Very clean facilities. Highly recommend.
