Il personale cortese,il proprietario super gentile parla benissimo italiano, e si mette a disposizione del cliente per qualsiasi problema sia dentro che fuori la struttura..a me personalmente si e messo a disposizione per risolvermi un problema con rayanair..

Smart oda, klima problemsiz zaten herşey yeni ve tertemiz mis gibi. Asansör, wifi ve otopark var. Ayrıca mini Balkan turumuzda siyah demleme çayı sadece bu otelde bulup içebildik bu önemliydi bizim için☺️ Otel müdürü Vassel bey ve diğer personel oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

Super nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück welches einem gebracht wird. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Parkplätze standen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Haben vor dem Heimflug dort eine Nacht geschlafen. Leider ist es ein bisschen laut durch die Straße:(

I m so used with big n known hotels 5 stars ir a little below or 4 . The lobby so spacious. N sometimes with a piano bar. I did not like too many tables in the lobby. A good sofa will be nice .n never seen a lobby when I entered too many tables in the reception desk .I think it will look more appealing with less tables .n inviting.

Nous avons été particulièrement satisfaite de la propreté et du confort des lieux. Sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel très accueillant. La petit déjeuner était correct également.

Le parking est peu être assez petit pour recevoir tous les clients. Cependant le personnel a toujours étés réactif et fait en sorte de nous trouver une place.

an intimate hotel with great, helpful staff, nice owner, tasty and varied breakfasts, you can definitely eat enough, good coffee and the manager is a super cool, smiling man, we are still laughing at the ketchup;) greetings! :)

Loud music and bed fun noises by a wild couple next to us past midnight, a bit poor isolation. But the admin solved it

I really liked the room, it was quite beautiful and clean. There is a jacuzzi that is placed perfectly and it really gives an amazing and romantic atmosphere. The staff was amazing, very willing to answer our questions and requests. One of the coolest rooms I have been to, and definitely the best in Tirana. Location is nice as there is very quiet and secluded compared to your standard hotel in the city.
The location is a bit out of town, so if you don't have a car and want to visit the centre, this might not be the best for you.

The location was perfect just 10 minutes away from center by car and 5 minutes away from largest mall in Albania.

The cleanness of the hotel was great and the hospitality of the staff members were amazing, I mean we asked them a lot of time to bring us a taxi cause we couldn’t communicate with the drivers as they can’t speak English and they never hesitated to help us, even one time they called a cab for us and another one for one of our friends. Also, the hotel itself is very nice and cozy and the internet is quite good. Besides, it’s location is very close to Teg mall which is the biggest mall in Albania.
The only thing that it’s a new place so not all the taxi drivers knew it.

we stayed one night in the hotel! rooms were very spacey and very clean! extremely comfortable bed! the stuff was excellent,very friendly, communicative and they were willing to help us with everything we’ve asked for! the shopping centre was 5min distance by car! Totally worth it for the price! next time visiting Albania will definitely choose the same one! totally recommend it
