Everything was just great !

Such a beautiful Villa everything you needed provided. Lovely location Zia the sunsets are stunning. Very clean and cosy couldn't have Asked for anything more. KALLIA the host is so great just ask her anything she will point you in the right direction. She helped us book our car or spa and when our flights were cancelled she helped to find us a hotel. We are grateful 🙏🏿 We will definitely be back again ♥️

The accommodation itself was amazing and very clean with beautiful architecture. The view was breathtaking and the pool did not disappoint. Loved every minute of my stay there! 100% recommend! Also the owner that I was talking to before and during the accommodation was super sweet and answered all my questions and helped a lot!

One thing I would recommend is to have a key for the downstairs bathroom, If more people will stay there but that was a minor thing. Other than that I have no complaints.

One of the most beautiful accommodations on the island. Everything was so relaxed and perfect. We were picked up by a great driver and the manager of the houses was also there. She showed us the house, explained everything and she was constantly available by cell phone. Unexpectedly and not ordered, there was even a basket of food on the table. Also in the fridge were some delicious things and in the freezer were ice cubes in the shape of hearts. The Jacuzzi was a dream. Also a super place to work - the internet is fast, the view of the terrace, like a screensaver. In the green always a few chickens hopping around, in between 2, 3 cats and hedgehogs sniffing their way through the bushes. The cleaning staff has stowed our things in the basement of the house, so that we could explore a few corners without heavy luggage. The people were super warm and helpful! I miss the house, the view and the lovely people already! Thank you!

The Villa was perfect and the staff was wonderful. Place was beautiful. Easy to get to.

Everything! The two-story apartment is spacious with a modern interior, and its balcony offers great view of the sea, especially around sunset time. All facilities are new and sparkling clean. Our entire stay there was pleasant and comfortable.

The hot water seemed to struggle when there were four people lined up for shower.

Great accomodation to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We also loved the chickens, give them respect please :)!

The scenery was quite breathtaking. The villa is well equipped, the warm tube unfortunately doesn’t work all the time because it was colder then expected and they said it would only work when it’s 22-25 degrees outside. We where aloud to use the stack, that was quite good because heating with the ac was a bit uncosy. There are two balconies with a spectacular sundowner. At our arrival we found some pasta and wine and stuff for breakfast. Even capsules for Coffee. There are two bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine.The neighbors are an old, friendly couple with a lots of chicken, they gave us some eggs and accepted only some small pies that we bought in the village . We met the owner, he was very friendly and helped us with all needings.

Everything was just Perfect. Lovely house, Everything very clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. Easy Communication. We can just recommend this location and will for sure come back

Location is great, Zia is a great little town and close by, villa is modern and well equipped with a good overall size

Villa described as having a hot tub, our booking.com confirmation stated it did but once we arrived our host then said it needed to be “upgraded”, repairs pushed out a week then unsuccessfully repaired and finally not repaired for the entire 21 day stay. Host then continually gaslit us by saying we misinterpreted the booking and that it was a cold pool that had “jets” and the upgrade to a hot tub was never promised, despite it being reference as having one and the term “Jacuzzi” being used which is the trade mark for a hut tub. Pool was repaired on the day of departure but we are being refused any sort of compensation. House is not sound proof as mentioned and is next to a farm - roosters go off like clock work night and day and you can hear the guests next door. House has heating but front patio receives no sun in October - hence why the private heated pool would have been nice as advertised.

The whole layout has been extremely well thought out, it’s brand new and simply incredible. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, make coffee or some snacks. The outside areas are amazing. Private enough with sun throughout the day. A short, albeit steep, walk to the gorgeous and lovely village of zia. Highly recommend!

Some extra bedding would have been useful as only sheets available and starting to get cooler when we stayed, but no real issue!

3 Villas in a peaceful location. We've been in the middle one of the Villas (Deluxe-Villa). Even better than the pictures. New, Very clean, excellent equipment and a very friendly host (Thanks Kallia!). Comfortable beds. Fantastic view both from the balcony and the terrace. We felt like home and safe the whole time. We recommend a rental car because it is located in a tiny charming village roughly one km from Zia.

Unfortunately the Pool/Jacuzzi wasn't heated at the time of our visit. But the amazing accommodation and friendly contact made it up for good.

Amazing Villa, very well decorated and extremely well equipped, and with an excellent view (amazing sunset from the villa were we stayed, the 3rd one). It is very well located near Zia and Kallia was a super host!

The villa is beautiful even better then the photos. Location is close to Zia just a short drive away. Villa has everything you could possibly need.
