Very nice clean condo with close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Beautiful beach.

Well it rained on us all weekend and we couldn't enjoy the gorgeous beach - but that doesn't take away from the great little find this was! You're literally steps away from the beach and about 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine. Two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our family. The kitchen was super well stocked and I loved having a full washer and dryer in the unit. There were a lot of hard corners and surfaces for our toddling one-year-old, but it would be just fine for older kids. The only complaint I have is a small one but super annoying. The TVs. There are three TVs, they all have 3 or 4 remotes for each system, which makes no sense to me in the year of our Lord 2024. None of them worked for us - one kept freezing, one wouldn't connect to anything.... I'm literally a computer programmer. I'm considered a technology expert and I couldn't get them to work properly. So bring your own devices, haha.

Grounds are delightful and the unit is a short walk to the beach over the dunes. Great location and the host has done a fantastic job to make this unit interesting. Everything you need is in the unit. Comfortable and extremely clean with interesting nick knacks, games and detailed notes on the unit's resources. We really felt comfortable and everything worked as advertised. We had a great stay and found the resort staff friendly and helpful. Would return again

Positives: location, easy access to beach, hot tub close by, well stocked kitchen. Could be better: kitchen is small, furniture could be more comfortable. Had trouble with both toilets running.

Great place to stay for New Year’s to see a great fireworks display and those downtown lights

The location was great, the unit was clean and as described. The kids really enjoyed the beach access. We were in town to see the Christmas light displays in town, but found a lot of other things to do as well. I recommend this property if you have kids (dual bunk beds were a plus), ground floor made access easy. Nice unit.

It was amazing! Exactly like the pictures and Lisa was so responsive! Everything was so nice and loved the resort. It was so kind Lisa left us a bottle of champagne since she knew it was our honeymoon! Really appreciated everything that was there if you forgot anything. Overall, just a great place to stay! Would definitely book again!

Clean condo with a beach feel just steps away from beach and an easy drive to historic St. Augustine.

This is a more quiet area, which I like. Still a short drive to St. Augustine and all the hustle and bustle when you want it. The beach is literally steps away, the heated pool was great for the morning, Guy Harvey restaurant next door if you choose and a wonderful mini-golf is just a short walk. we played two nights and had ice cream cones afterward, then strolled back to the condo. Beds were comfortable, signage made instructions clear for use and plenty of supplies. We would definitely book this condo again.

Wonderful stay by the ocean.

First time renting through VRBO and the experience was awesome. The unit was in a great location, clean and very organized. The property owner was a delight to work with and provided detail instructions which certainly makes things run smoothly. Wonderful weekend with family. Would stay again for sure!!

This was the best trip to the beach me and my family has ever taken. Condo was wonderful and access to the beach was great. It was our best beach experience thus far with the kids.

I’ll keep this short and sweet: My girlfriend and I traveled to St. Augustine for our anniversary and to celebrate Independence Day. I’ve stayed in nice places countless times, but the little attention to details here raised the bar. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it was the perfect getaway for us. Clean, comfortable, stocked with cooking utensils and anything you could need on vacation. Lisa really went above and beyond here and as a result she gets 5 stars and we will most definitely be back.

My grown daughter, niece and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. My son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grandkids live in St Augustine . The grandkids loved the pool and beach. We walked to Publix and Fiesta Falls mini golf. Took long walks on the beach and shopped downtown. We look forward to going back next year!

This property is absolutely wonderful! The owners have made it cozy and extremely accommodating. Anything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. My kids couldn't decide if they liked the beach or the pools better. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

Unit was in a good location and was well supplied. The host responded quickly to all correspondence. Pool and beach was easy to access and very nice.

St Augustine and northern Florida should not be missed. Beautiful beaches, a lot of history, good restaurants and overall great feel make this a part of the state that should definately be visited. St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet, where this unit is located, was convenient to everything and was well appointed. The beach and pool we just what was needed on this get away. If you are looking for a wonderful place to visit, I would recommend this one highly! Lisa was a pleasure to work with!

This property was perfectly located and had so many extras provided, that it was a great value for our last minute spring break getaway!

First time renting or vacationing for length of time 30 days. Lisa's condo took any anxiousness or apprehension away as we quickly felt at home as she provided anything you would need for an extended stay. Beach was amazing with plenty of places to go and see nearby, plenty of restaurant options some within walking distance. Would definitely consider return visit.

This condo was awesome! Steps from beach as stated and the condo was equipped with anything you could imagine. Favorite restaurants were Oasis and Conch house. Did the boat tour also Night of Light tour. We had a great time!!!!

We had a fantastic vacation with my family, the unit was very neat and clean and location could not be better. Lisa, our host, was very accesible and was in contact with us, checking in and keeping informed. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit and host.
