Location ok .breakfast not ok vegetarian we are not. Be perfectly honest quite a letdown

Didn't pay for room and breakfast to find out breakfast pretty much vegetarian we did not pay for that. Booking. Com it would be in your best interest to let your customers know that it's a vegetarian breakfast. Not suitable for everyone

Location was absolutely great. Love the room and my kudos to Ms Milly (staff) for the excellent arrangements made to cater for 83 years old dad. You have certainly made his holidays a great one 🩷

On the 3rd night, I was not able to sleep because I could hear noises like someone doing plumbing and someone keep pouring water non stop.

Lift ada dua tapi sangat² lambat.....

Interruption by house housekeeping staff before checkout.

the location was great and good spread of breakfast with friendly and helpful staff

there was electricity circuit issues that wasn’t resolved and the lifts were slow. maintenance of the hotel could be better as it looks aged and unkept

Everything was good, however the toilet a bit small and don't have water pipe
