位置方便，房间视野很棒，还有按摩椅可以缓解旅行的疲劳。

駅直結で移動もラク！景色も最高！近くに飲食店もたくさんあって2泊しましたがつぎの神戸旅行もこちらに宿泊したいと思いました。

アメニティがもう少し充実してるとありがたいです。ボディタオルとか綿棒コットン、使い捨てスリッパがあるとよいです。入浴剤もタブレットのものとかだとうれしいです。

酒店位置相当方便！从京都坐坂神电车出站后看到最高的那栋楼，楼下有个american pharmacy，进入酒店的自动门就在街面上，拉行李箱的话非常方便！上去17楼办入住，工作人员非常热情，会一步步引导你办理入住，但入住时间严格限制在2点之后，可以寄存行李在前台再出去玩。早餐有3种选择，我个人觉得很好吃分量很足！餐厅环境和服务也很好，比较适合赶路的人，因为虽然酒店楼下食肆林立但开门时间都比较晚。酒店打扫很干净，卫生间干湿分离，楼层高视野好，但稍微有点列车的噪音，戴耳塞就不觉得了。按摩椅很好用，很适合逛街后休息！

酒店房间还是比较小，有噪音但提供了耳塞和助眠的糖果。饮用水每天只有两瓶不可以多拿。

位置和景色都不错

更确切的标注下酒店位置会更好。景点在阪急三宫站的楼上。不出站可以直接上楼。但是因为标注不清楚，围着楼转了两圈。

An excellent hotel with front office staff willing to accord some flexibility to standard check in time. So we had our room sightly earlier. Courtesy of the kind check in staff. This same group of staff also helped to facilitate a change of rooms with minimum inconvenience to our stay. In particular a Ms Nakanishi who was patient to hear and understand our needs and facilitate the smooth room change. She communicated well with her colleagues who carried out the change. The change has to do with our bookings of two different categories of rooms during our 5d4n stay. Not dissatisfaction with anything. The location is excellent with transport networks and eateries at the hotel’s doorstep. We recommend the twin rooms for more space although slightly more expensive than the smaller more tight space double room. Thevtwin’s two super singles can actually be joined together to make for a wide king.

We stayed a further two nights in the hotel. There is always a mature age or senior gentleman ahead of the front desk ever ready to help guests with any information or check out through the automated system. One such person is Mr Naganuma who was there to give us advice on how to commute to our desired sightseeing destination(s). Again a wonderful stay.

the double room is much tighter in space. Twins are better.

The service and facilities were beyond expected. It could not get more central and close to public transport.

Love the strategic location and also the comfy bed.

Size of the room is a bit compact, but it was all fully furnished and wish they have family bedroom.

スタッフの方が皆さん親切でした。立地もよく、綺麗でまた利用したいです。

高齢のため、シャワーの使い方がよく分からなかったことだけ。バス付きのお部屋がいくつかあれば選んだのですが。残念です。

清潔でおしゃれで居心地が良かった

シングルの部屋が想像より狭く、バスタブがついていなかった。夜お風呂に入りたかったのでついていないことに気がつかず予約してしまい気づいたときショックでした。でもお部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

ロケーションがっよかった。お部屋がとてもきれいだった。

朝食が、もう少し品数があると良かったです。

Location, just right on the top of station, you can find shops and restaurants just out the hotel door. The hotel is the tallest building around, so the view are great from the room.

Il soggiorno più bello del nostro viaggio!! La camera era davvero bella ed accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. La vista sulla città super!! Abbiamo persino provato la poltrona massaggiante :) ci serviamo delle camere il minimo indispensabile ma in questa struttura abbiamo dormito davvero bene.

Stare solo una notte. Tutto il resto perfetto. Lo staff non parla molto bene inglese ma questo comunque non è stato di ostacolo in niente

Opened the door and WOW! We had a corner room with an amazing view that included the mountains above Shin-Kobe Station and over to Osaka Bay. My wife was born in Osaka and went to school in Kobe, so we enjoyed looking at the landmarks from our 23rd floor room. We had windows on two sides that included a large picture window over the tub. Simply amazing views. Watching the trains come and go on the Hankyu, JR and other lines down below was like watching a model train display. The location was excellent, being right above the station. The beds were large and the bath was great in that it had a private water closet, a separate vanity area and of course the luxurious shower and bath. We have stayed at Remm Kyobashi in Tokyo several times before, but this one was superior. We love Remm's massaging chairs, and on this trip, we found they have detailed operating instructions on the T.V. interface in English (very helpful). We loved the small sitting area in one corner that looked out to the mountains. Simply a great choice for staying in Kobe.

숙소가 역이랑 가깝고, 건물이 높아서 찾기 쉽다. 어메니티도 풍족하고, 뷰가 정말 정말 좋다. 방마다 안마의자도 작지만 좋다.
