breakfast was excellent The beach was further than expected, and shuttle bus was not always convenient as it was restricted to on the hour services. This restricted our beach trips . Overall hotel was great and service impecable. The lack of fans or a/c in the lobby and hence the heat caused us not to use facilities there etc

Perfect stay at an amazing resort. We actually stayed at the Renaissance Uluwatu (we were transferred there) and enjoyed the swimming pools, the beautiful views, the amazing suite and excellent food and service. One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Amazing.

everything. I could see hotel was new as they were still building in 1 area and I could see boxes in some of the rooms. this was great as hotel was only half full maybe even less. no issue getting pool beds each day. food was delicious in all parts as we tried it all. breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my life. everything you could want they had even ice cream for breakfast.

taxi to airport was very pricey. they add on 21% to everything (vat and service charge) ie. ice creams at the pool. I don’t think you should have to pay 10% service charge to buy an ice cream. taxi also which I thought was odd.

The Atmosphere in the resort is so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful. Plenty of space to be on your own or with people. The staff was very attentive (thanks Rio for remembering our names and orders). My son loved the spaghetti bolognaise (do not change the recipe as it was amazing!) plenty of options at breakfast as well, the house made croissants were amazing. We booked 2 rooms and were given interconnecting which was perfect. Water is provided in the rooms daily. If you’re a member you also get a discount on food and beverages which is a bonus. If you’re kids like going to the kids club there are plenty of daily activities for them or they can just hang out inside, not very big but probably best to just book them in when there is an activity.

Spacious room and complete facilities. Variety options of swimming pool. Great selections of juice. Nice kids club and gym facility.

Though it is our second tine staying at this hotel, the breakfast fell short this time. Not lot of variety options and had only one option of potatoes (sweet potatoes, pan fried potatoes). Felt like the menu is similar during our 3-day stay.

Rooms were spacious, pools clean and with multiple choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Atomic 17 poolside bar especially friendly. Especially Yande.Breakfasts had so much choice. Lion X chinese restaurant was amazing. Food delicious and well priced.

Hotel overbooked and it was each morning the tables for breakfast was a wait. Hotel ideally could have been a lot better but just disappointment with the lack of care.

Staff at Backstage restaurant (the amazing head chef Artawa - who was specially overseeing our meal preparations and made sure we had enough variety of food in our plates catering to our dietary requirements (Jain food) and the kids friendly club - Lava land where Listi, Chantika and Erin does a super awesome job in entertaining kids and keeping them engaged. These are the best two highlights of our stay :)

Location’s not that great!

Well organized resort. Everything was spot on. The rooms were huge with all amenities you could think of. No complaints about facilities. Breakfast was awesome. Even though this isn’t on the beach, they provide shuttle to their private beach and local mall with souvenirs and restaurants.

The music at the pool was slightly annoying at times when you just want to relax.

整個飯店最棒的是兒童遊樂園照顧小孩的員工非常專業且友善又熱情。還有飯店的中餐廳真的很好吃，氣氛好，服務態度很棒，我覺得是飯店最值得花錢的地方！

我入住時，被安排在三樓的房間，但一進房有很重的潮濕味，整個非常不舒服，但想說算了，可能就是當地比較氣候潮濕。晚上快九點跟小孩剛從泳池玩回來要泡澡，浴缸流出來的水上是土黃色，錄影跟照相後，也保留浴缸水，通知工作人員，請他們查看，來房查看的一個是夜班經理跟水電工，他們先問我們要在房間等他們修理好，還是要去外面哪裡等他們處理完再回來，我說難道我們要在剛剛流一堆髒水的浴缸洗澡嗎？而且修完我們要自己清洗浴缸？還有修完再請人員打掃要多久？我就說修是你們飯店自己處理，我要換房，尤其我們是剛游泳回來，小孩洗澡睡覺最重要，才剛入住第一天，我們都很累，結果那莫明奇妙的經理，發現浴缸旁邊有類似化妝品的東西，還一副像調查員那樣，用手指沾取地板上的化妝品粉塊，給我們看，說這化妝品好像是水髒的主因，暗指控是不是我故意把化妝品丟在水裡，才會使水變土黃色。我是白癡嗎？如果只是我自己的化妝王品，我不會用水沖一沖就算了，我還要特別錄影,照相，把髒水留在浴缸裡，特意叫他們來，我孕婦吃飽沒事做嗎？我整個火都上來，好險我有錄影水從水龍頭出來的髒水，還有多張照片，他說傳給他，我當二話不說，我懷孕已經很疲累，只想趕快弄好小孩，然後趕快休息，誰會晚上九點從泳池回來，小孩頭髮還是濕的，正準備洗澡時，”刻意”把自己的化妝品放入浴缸，然後假裝水有問題？！雖然最後他們幫我們換到同棟的五樓房型一樣的房間，但那經理的態度真的很令人不舒服，如果我沒有提出要換房，他們不會有動作的，畢竟一開始就沒道歉，也沒有提議要幫我們換房，只是問我們在哪裡等他們修好。五樓的潮濕味好非常多，畢竟我們要住三晚，如果你們要入住的話，建議房間一開始覺得不舒服合適的話，就先跟櫃台提出是否能換房，不然就像我被莫名指控，搞得我刻意要給飯店麻煩。

Nessuno spettacolo serale per intrattenere gli ospiti, esempio qualche danza tipica del posto o un po’ di buona musica dal vivo. Mancanza di dosatori automatici nella doccia utili per un maggiore igiene, mancanza di menu digitali dei ristoranti con foto utili per capire meglio come sarebbe stato il piatto finale, soprattutto per il fatto che lì arrivano persone da tutto il mondo… Poi ho trovano una larva che strisciava sul nostro pavimento in camera, hanno mandato a pulire meglio la stanza, ma mi aspettavo un gift per scusarsi dell’accaduto dato che si tratta di un hotel di lusso a 5 stelle, ma questo non è avvenuto.

The resort was new and clean. Rooms were modern looking with hints of Balinese influence. Staffs were attentive. Breakfast spread was good!

We like the hotel lobby, dining area, room and pools. Plenty of space. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend to friends. Suitable for couple, friends and family with kids. Love the varieties of juices, yogurts, bakes in the morning buffet. Access to private beach is definitely a plus point.

The only thing I don't enjoy is the water pressure of the shower. It took me a long time to wash my hair.

Renaissance is amazing, offering a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The 4 pools are meticulously maintained, with crystal-clear water and beautiful twinkling night lights in the pool at night. There are so many stunning details in this resort. The ambiance is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The food was impeccable. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of options that cater to all tastes. There are 3 restaurants at the resorts, can not fault any for the food we experienced. The fresh, local ingredients and creative dishes left us looking forward to each dining experience. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Budhi was there every morning to greet us with her beautiful smile and a coffee. The staff deserve special recognition. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel welcome and well-cared-for throughout our stay. The fun vibrant staff by atomic 17 pool contributed to the seamless and enjoyable experience. My daughter fell in love with Cantika in the lava land, the beautiful staff entertained our little one so well she didn’t want to leave the complimentary day care. Every day there are new activities for kids and adults. In conclusion, Renissance Resort Nusa Dua exceeded our expectations in every way. With its stunning pools, impeccable food, and incredibly friendly staff, it is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway. We look forward to returning.

We kregen lekker een welkomstdrankje, en de koffers werden naar de kamer gebracht. Na een duidelijk uitleg over de verschillende activiteiten op en rond het hotel voor volwassen en en kids gingen we naar onze kamer. Deze was precies zoals afgebeeld, en meer dan luxe! Het ontbijt dat wordt aangeboden is geweldig ; als je hier niet genoeg aangeboden krijgt dan weet ik het ook niet meer. Van gluten vrij tot vegan, fruitshakes tot smoothies. Pannenkoeken,omelet, gebakjes of sushi. Zwembaden waren ook prachtig met veel mogelijkheden tot ligbedjes, of wat grotere lounge banken. Super parasol en handdoeken beschikbaar. Ook was er veel personeel voor het aanbieden van een drankje of versnapering. (menu kaart is online te vinden.) Prijzen zijn in verhouding tot buiten het hotel natuurlijk iets hoger, maar zeker nog betaalbaar. In de avond is er qua restaurants ook voldoende keuze ( indo/indian/italiaans/amerikaanse/dim sum/ vega gerechten) bij het hotel verdeeld over meerdere restaurants, maar kun je ook van de ochtend tot 21:00 met een shuttle busje gebracht worden naar een shopping center met leuke restaurants en koffie tentjes. (gratis) activiteiten in en om het zwembad/sportschool of bij de kidsclub waren een leuke afwisseling. Van boxles tot het leren bespelen van een traditioneel instrument. Maar ook aqua yoga ( yoga op een sup board) of pool games. Zoals in de omschrijving te lezen, en te zien op google maps, ligt het resort op een afgebakend stuk. Het is zeker mogelijk ( geloof 800 meter) om direct in de aangrenzende straat te winkelen / eten e.d. Met het shuttle busje maken ze hier een snelle extra stop en kun je zelf terug lopen of met GRAB gaan. Of je boekt een grab of lokale taxi welke je in het hotel komt ophalen en ook weer terug brengt.

Laten we zeggen dat dit het grootste luxe probleem allertijden was ; de airco koelde te koud... Ja, want na een tijd in Bali raak je toch aan de warmte gewend en wil je niet meer dan je kamer te koud is. We hebben er dus voor gekozen om af en toe de airco uit te zetten.

Overall organization of the hotel is outstanding! The facilities of the room are amazing and it’s very clean and well organized. Huge resort. crowded. A lot families. Not suitable if you looking being connected to the nature. Architecture of the hotel will let forget that you are in Bali. It is not what everyone is looking for.

Très grand complexe avec de beaux jardins aménagés et 3 grandes piscines superbes. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, très varié et frais. Le personnel aimable et dévoué, sourire permanent. Excellent restaurant chinois le X lion. Idéal pour famille avec enfants. Navettes pour aller à la plage, climatisée et très propre. Grande chambre pratique et confortable. Petit déjeuner préparer pour un départ à 4 heures du matin, c’était parfait. A 15 minutes de l aéroport.

La musique forte et constante autour de la piscine, des moments de pause seraient les bienvenus. Malheureusement comme partout désormais en Indonésie la plage est submergée de déchets plastiques, vous vous baigner au milieu des sacs, pots ect…..et le nettoyage quotidien du personnel ni y change pas grand chose !
