Good location. Lovely stocked welcome tray. Milk in fridge on arrival along with scone cream teas which was a thoughtful gesture. Clean and comfortable. Owners very friendly pleasant.

Excellent holiday home, very clean had everything you needed. Super comfortable bed. Peaceful area. Only a short drive to Lyme Regis. Would highly recommend and will be coming back to stay again 😊

Great facilities, nicely and creatively arranged space (although four chairs at a small table affected the comfort a bit), perfectly equipped kitchen, good privacy despite the sliding door. We will be coming back.

Just a suggestion rather than a fault, there is some scope to make the outside as cosy as the inside; a few flower pots would do the trick.

Property was exactly as expected, immaculate, very smartly appointed, and comfortable with everything functioning. Hosts communicated very well and left a lovely cream tea as a welcome to the property, as well as a starter basket of bits and pieces. Location well placed to explore the local area and also perfect for any River Cottage courses, close to A35 but a world away from it when you turn down the access lane. Would happily return.

Toilet was very slightly tricky to flush. Black out blind in bedroom leaks a little light. That's it!

Nice and quite

Very clean, a simple layout with everything you need for a few days away. We had sunny days and clear nights but stayed warm and cozy, we ate on the patio and at the cafe over the road. It is tucked out of the way off the beaten track, so away from traffic.
