We loved staying here! We come each summer to see my brother and this house was incredibly kid friendly and kept them busy during our down time. Not once did we hear I’m bored lol.
The beds were also very comfortable with soft sheets and the house was nice and cold at night (we have had issues with other older home rentals in the area struggling in the 90-100 degree temps to get cool enough to sleep comfortably so this was a big win)
Highly recommend! My only negative was it’s not quite walking distance to downtown for our crew due to length, construction, and heat. Still an incredible location and you could easily walk as adults but it’s a bit too long for little legs imo! Took us 3 min in the car to get there but just wanted to mention because sometimes we do stay at ones that we can walk!
Would definitely pick this again over others for all the amenities and entertainment for kids!

This home accommodated our perfectly for our spring trip to Bentonville. Quiet neighborhood with only short walk/ride to town square and trailhead, very well equipped, plenty of entertainment for the kiddos between rides, and a great backyard for so our pooch could join us. The hosts were super responsive when we booked and kindly checked in with us along the way to ensure we had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again!

Good size house for my family and our friends. Walking distance to town, clean, many fun things to do for our teenagers. Had a great time Mtn biking, then drove a couple hours for eclipse totality. Owner’s are very responsive, involved, and are running a great business/rental. Highly recommend!

We did a 4 day/3 night Spring Break stay in Bentonville with myself, my husband, our daughters (8 and 4), and dog. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Hunter was very responsive and even texted us to let us know that the home was ready earlier than check-in time. The home had absolutely everything we needed and then some. I have a new appreciation for a vrbo with a typical "junk drawer" with random necessities you don't think about until you need them. You never know when your child's favorite necklace will lose a jewel and you need some STAT super glue! Our first day there was very chilly and there were plenty of activities in the game room to keep everyone occupied indoors. Luckily, it warmed up the rest of the week and we were able to enjoy the backyard. The basketball court was a big hit with my 8 year old. Our dog even made friends with a dog in the yard behind. It honestly couldn't have been a better stay. It immediately felt like home right when you walk in and my kids didn't want to leave. We will absolutely stay at the House's House again!

This clean, spacious, well-decorated home worked great for our family. My young adult children and grandson especially enjoyed time playing basketball, pickleball and ping pong. There are two living areas to allow room to spread out; giving space to read or talk while others play games or watch TV. The kitchen is well supplied and the large dining table is great for eating or games. There is a generous amount of toys, games and books for all ages for extra entertainment. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to parks, store and Crystal Bridges Museum.

Loved the house. It was perfect spot for our family to reunite for the Easter Weekend. We walked to everything including dinners in downtown and museum. Owners were super helpful and accommodating to everything we needed.

We spent 4 nights at this Bentonville VRBO last week. The home is beautiful and spacious. We were within walking distance of Chrystal Bridge and a beautiful downtown area with many dog friendly outdoor restaurants. If it wasn’t for my recent hip replacement surgery, we would have definitely taken advantage of the scenic bike trails. It was a short vacation, but exactly what I needed. Prior to and after the trip I reached out to the owners. They were both very quick to respond. And, the extra bonus was a piano! I hadn’t played for years!!! Wonderful getaway. Our sincere thank you to our hosts.

We rented this great vacation home so that we could head to the Hogs' basketball game on Friday night and watch the football game against LSU the next day. I have rented numerous homes over the years and have not ever found a home so well-prepared for guests - there are lists and instructions for anything you could need, a fire pit, basketball court, toys if you brought little ones, etc. My oldest and his wife are ARK graduates and my youngest of 4 plans to go there - and we all had a ball. Would recommend the home to anyone who wants a clean, cute, well maintained home in a nice neighborhood that is a short walk from the Square and only @ 20 mins to campus.

We planned our Thanksgiving to have relatives meet in Bentonville AR. The house was perfect for mine and my sister's families. Wonderful open floorplan with plenty of room for the teenage kids to find their own space. Comfortable furnishings and great updated living spaces. Hosts provided great information about local activities and made our stay perfect. We hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed the farmhouse modern renovated home which was well located to the square and Slaughter Pen trailhead. Plenty of room in the house and well appointed.

Bentonville weekend
The entire process was so easy. The owners were prompt to answer any questions and very accommodating. The house has a great layout and is decorated so well. Our party had 7 adults and we had plenty of space. We didn’t have any littles with us, but a great set up for kids. It is so conveniently located to the square and crystal bridges museum. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family friendly
This VRBO worked great for us. The location was close to downtown, The Scott Family Amazeum, and Crystal Bridges. There were two living rooms, one serving as a toy room. The toy room had books, movies, a variety of toys for toddlers, and best of all a train set that the two- year- old played with all the time when given the chance. The house was comfortable and was well stocked. It was apparent the owners had given consideration to the needs of guests with an area devoted to first aid needs, and a basket of goodies. Enjoyed the stay!

House is Amazing
We will be back for another stay in the spring or summer. The house was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The owners were great to deal with, they even offered to go to the grocery store for us due to the snow while we were there. Downtown Bentonville has some great restaurants. Thank you Hunter & Alex!

Great Place to Stay!
The house had everything we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen was well stocked for all the cooking and the playroom kept our grandson busy! Close to the square, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely return!

Bikers Paradise
Stayed here for 5 nights with a group of mountain biking pals. The location is great - just a short ride into town for food or a quick bike fix. House was super clean and updated throughout. House was much better stocked (think kitchen utensils, etc.) than most places I've rented. 5 stars all around.

Perfect for children
We had the best time in Bentonville for a long weekend with my almost two year old! The house was perfect and equipped with all that a small child needs to keep them entertained in a new space. Thank you for making us feel at home! We are planning a return trip already.

Wonderful
The house was perfect for us. Our group included four adults and four kids three years and under. The house was great for the kids with a dedicated playroom with lots of toys and a nice fenced in backyard. Nice, open layout. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The house is also very well located. Everything seemed to be within a 5-10 minute drive or a short walk. Highly recommend!

We came to Bentonville to bike. This was our second time and used a VRBO last time.House was very nice, a ton of space and very clean. Beds were very comfortable, which our last house did not have. Minutes from Downtown and to the trails.We would rent this again for sure.
