Great facilities and friendly helpful staff

o The breakfast was great and the serving area and sitting areas were large. o The rooms were nice, especially the lunches with island and walk-in shower and bathroom. o The location is pretty easy to get to within Atlanta. o The bar was a nice touch; the drinks were good. o Didn't visit the pool or gym up close and personal, but they seemed nice when i walked by them.

o I did not like paying for self-parking; we parked outside L1 (not in the garage) and still had to pay $13 per day. o I did not like the food; when "the burger" arrived, you could immediately tell this was reminiscent of a Flanders frozen beef patty (think the orange boxes of patties from Walmart or Dollar General you have at a neighborhood BBQ) covered in seasoning salt. I was expecting more based on the price. My wife's chicken screamed US FOODS or Sysco Foods frozen chicken. It was like getting chicken tenders and burgers from a local fair. It's totally not worth the $89 tab (did Include beer and mixed drinks). o The bar was out of almost all types of beer, with three choices on draft. o Checkout is at 1200 EST and a cleaning female tried entering our room at 0900, which made me wonder if cleaning services and the hotels management are even tracking when guests check in and check out.

Everything was neat and clean, and everything needed was provided, Breakfast spread was good , and H bar food was very good (Buffalo tacos 10/10). Everyone, I mean everyone, was professional and nice ! At no moment did I feel unsafe, neverous, or out of place ! Toilet didn't work when we checked in , Sent person immediately he fixed it I heard it flush, 5 mins later it didn't work called and let them know , bout time we came back from hanging at the pool it was fixed no more problems the whole stay! Housekeepers, regardless of the language barrier, are very professional and nice, especially the 8th floor team ! This will always be a go-to whenever I'm with the kids

The elevators are quite dated and the one to reach the rooftop is extremely small.

I really don’t stay in hotels whenever I travel anymore but I’m so glad I booked it was clean the bed was so comfy and the kitchen was the cherry on top

I don’t have one complaint the staff was amazing especially the lady who checked me in informing of some great hidden gems in the area restaurant and lounge wise

Breakfast buffet and made to order omelette

The tv didn’t have the channel to watch the NFL game! Need smart television in each room! Parking across the street in a garage plus charging! Restaurant for dinner food was horrible!

Very clean, and room was spacious. Great location, extra safe.

Breakfast is fine, but lacking cheese.

Pool was reportedly supposedly heated: Could not put a foot into the cold water. Very disappointing. Manager was not ready to test the water. Parking lot is very very limited. Bar was closed most of the weekend. No attention for 60y anniversary.

It was clean and good experience.

The location was nice and quiet. My room reminded me of a small apartment with a lot a space and my shower in my room was perfect with the glass doors. My room was also clean and spotless. Thank you to the staff for answering all of my questions and the staff was very helpful with letting you know about the area and your way around the hotel.

My only complaint would be nothing at all. Thank you Hyatt House.

Beautiful, modern, & clean. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in bar/lounge for drinks/dinner. Great location, and available parking.

One of the elevators didn't work, causing a bit of a bottleneck during peak usage periods.

No shampoo in shower or body wash. Parking is TERRIBLE and paid $12 for it. Elevators are IMPOSSIBLE! Breakfast was OK.

The room was big and like a little apartment, comfortable for long stays. It was clean and maid service was good. The staff is super friendly and helpful, though receptionist couldn’t help us with recommendations for family dinner/evening activity in the area. They even took care of a packed breakfast before an early leave for a flight. Breakfast was great! Lots of options for everyone! The only thing missing was non dairy milk/yogurt.

The living room sofa was not comfortable at all to sit on, and way worse when opened to a pull out bed. Barely suitable for a toddler.
