The communal area is very nicely set up with a lot of thought put into it. Privacy and Security is very good. Enough inside parking for your vehicle. The room is clean. Very good quality bedding in the room. Towels are a bit scruffy.

So being someone that also owns accommodation and knowing what must be up to standards. This was not. When we arrived, The staff were not very friendly and helpful. We were taken to our room and upon arriving was just shown there is the door of our room and The Lady left. The room is very small for the price they charge and not even all the appliances are available in the room as stated on the advert for the room. The room doesn’t even have a mirror in the room. I would think being a Spa with a decent amount of woman that travel through your establishment, that they would at least have a mirror in their room to do ones makeup. The room has no Airconditioning. It is Winter, wasn’t planning to use it, but once again. something advertised that was not made available. No coffee station in room like advertised. They also advertised in large writing outside that they have free WIFI, but there is no means anyway that u can access it. No leaflet or booklet for the room. Even just a sticker against the wall would be easy and helpful to access the wifi. And Maybe they should think of getting more than one remote for the gate to come and go as one wants to. We went out for dinner and came back quite late and sadly had to call someone out of bed to open the gate for us. I would think that paying R660 for the room at least you would get a bit more. But sadly not. We have stayed at much better places for half the price. If I could. I would ask for my money back. Very disappointed.

The hospitality of the host, acted as if they were doing us a favour. The accessibility, no separate access key to the entrance to the property after checking in. I had to always call for either entry or exit to the property The Guesthouse rooms had no bar fridge or microwave for self-catering. We had to ask for cutlery and seemed as if we were inconveniencing them. Toilet in our bedroom had no door and open plan bedroom/shower.

We liked the built-in speaker and air conditioning

We didn't get what we booked for, ie kitchen utensils, refrigerator and proper staff welcome.

The staff were very nice

There were noise at night we were unable to sleep and we were unable to swim because they were busy with their spa customers at the pool

Good location

Gate is manually operated and locked. Everytime we wanted to go out we had to ask that they unlock it. When we came back in we had to hoot and it took time for them to open. Before I booked I clled the facility and was told it would be R400/night but When I booked it was a higher amount. I raised this with them on check-in and they did nothing. In short I feel scammed.

Their garden is beautiful nd it is clean
